  • What nationality is your choir? And what happened to the end? Though the pronunciation of the "e" sounds seem slightly odd to English ears, it sounds beautiful, with a good speed and nice blend, though perhaps the sopranos could have sung out a touch more. Though if the end was available... alas...

  • @samlane218 I assume they're German judging by the tags. And yes it's peculiar to hear it pronounced "dee-oh", but I expect our English way of pronouncing Latin would sound pretty barbarous to the Romans :)

  • beautiful!

  • I was one of the singers one BEAUTIFUL song :')

  • @norna04 That's exactly what I always thought. It uses the same intervals at the beginning. Although Mr Bean is Ecce homo qui est faba, Behold the man who is a bean - a very different meaning from Locus Iste: This place was made by God, a priceless mystery; it is without reproof.

  • wtf finish soon much

  • Performing this tomorrow, can't wait :)

  • I forgot how much I love this song until this morning when the Grace Church Choir sang it... I miss the days when I was in the choir. xD

  • @bluefire773 Was that Grace Church on-the-Hill, by any chance? If so, I had the same response. I was lucky enough to hear the Hart House Choir sing it in the same month.

  • quepedo? y el resto?

  • @jblovesyou95 My choir is too! Were gonna perform it at contest in about a month. Its such an amazing song. The power behind it. It just is moving. Im only hopeing we do it justice.

  • Breath-taking ! Reminds me of the slow, full way we sang it in college. This really brought the tears to me. THANK YOU !

  • WOW...very slow version, i like it. Is it the official version of anton brukner?
