Heres a funny story. One time I bought a gallon of water. Then when I wasnt looking, my lil bro and sis dropped the gallons lid in the gallon. @CutieTheGP i lost about 25 lbs, just the amount i wanted to get to the ideal BMI, which i am now at. keep in mind i don't exercise much, only in gym class at school. i feel much healthier since water does cleanse your body from toxins and waste and it keeps me from overeating. i don't have a fast metabolism, wish i did.
