make a video concerning accent, Im drunk right now, but its good info i am giving you, now go study accent, i be back if you request/and or, i get a message, GL.
I assume you are referring to the fill he does at approx. 1:10 in this video; watch?v=NbA_jQ28HmI
That fill is sometime refered to as "quads". It is two on the hands and two on the feet. In that video he appears to be leading with the left again. So he is playing LRFF counted as sixteenths - 1 e + a 2 e +a etc. Remember also that we are counting to six and not four in this song.
Its a dead fish with out accent or pitch control. Accent on the two beat with the right hand, then next time around, accent the three beat with the left hand. This will make the herta pop to life. Or, you can use pitch to do the same thing. Hit a high pitched tom on the two beat with the right hand and then next time around hit a lower pitched tom with the left hand on the three beat. Please read my paragraph closely. Do you understand? If so, you are very close to being able to make a groove.
thanx for the lesson, it's cool! just ignore the spammers
