Sluggish? The only reason it looks that way is because hes not as fast as KYS or Bruce Lee. But thats what makes his power untouchable. Cico? Cico needs a glove to spin first off. Second off his power is nasty, but so stiff. Shortys style is so loose, make it look easy. Sucks he had to move to P.R. Shorty Brick holds down power almost anywhere.

Planche is a move where you're using your strength and balance to hold your legs up in pushup position without your legs touching the ground. Check Krazy Kujo is known for them and so is bboy Junior. Check planche in youtube search.
