@djitobigD you only grow with the right amount of rest split a workout chest biceps day off back triceps day off legs shoulders then two days off weights with cardio a good chest workout should last a week before training again and nutrition is 80 percent of training plenty of good lean foods and around 2 grams of protein to each pound of bodyweight

@Bazzalia Don't replace the barbell benchpress. Use dumbbell press for variation every now and then. It's great if you want to push yourself when you don't have a spotter and it also keeps you from growing tired of the good ol' barbell :D

@poiuytrewq120 He not even once took any type of artificial supplements. He's just more energetic than me, that's the only benefit he has over me. And he doesn't even do cardio b4 he works out, I do a 10 minute, 11.0 speed running b4 I do my workouts, used to do that plus 5 km cylcing, resistivity 5. But it takes a long time to do both so removed the cycling. Most of my friends don't bother doing cardio, I'm the only who does.
I have a couple of question, I've ben goin to the gym for almost 4 months... my body haven't changed not even a bit it's still the same shit, I'm fukin furiously pissed off, I've also increased weight since I've 1st started. For Dumbell bicep curls for ex. I used to do all 3 sets 15 lb, now 15 -20 - 25, I'm stil the same. I tried taking 24 grams of protein the gnc shit, hmm no improvement. @iTactiics your chest moves your arm you should try doing the dip movement and put your hand on your chest your chest pushes... and with the dip your pushing down

@qdtsfq Keep the same weight, that way your muscle is working 100% the whole time. Why do half the amount of work? But start off with two warm up sets working your way up to your desired weight. This is so you don't hurt yourself.
Good stuff, i wonder why he is not doing any decline press? I always thought that decline press gives you the cut under the chest. Either way i will follow this routine, mostly to get that wide stance as i do have the thickness at this point. (talk about cheating at the gym lol)

@djitobigD best to keep at least 1 rest day in between a day of training. Or train something else.
For instance, do: monday chest, tuesday abs, wednesday legs, thursday abs, friday chest etc.

@LordIllidan98 idk who both those guys are but its simple his body just has better genetics...some people hve trouble gaining wait nd those r usually the people who ask questions about working out...also your friend might being taking creatine 15 kg is alot of weight to gain in only two months natuarlly he has to be taking supplements..

@poiuytrewq120 He not even once took any type of artificial supplements. He's just more energetic than me, that's the only benefit he has over me. And he doesn't even do cardio b4 he works out, I do a 10 minute, 11.0 speed running b4 I do my workouts, used to do that plus 5 km cylcing, resistivity 5. But it takes a long time to do both so removed the cycling. Most of my friends don't bother doing cardio, I'm the only who does.

I have a couple of question, I've ben goin to the gym for almost 4 months... my body haven't changed not even a bit it's still the same shit, I'm fukin furiously pissed off, I've also increased weight since I've 1st started. For Dumbell bicep curls for ex. I used to do all 3 sets 15 lb, now 15 -20 - 25, I'm stil the same. I tried taking 24 grams of protein the gnc shit, hmm no improvement. And I've alos noticed I really go to the gym for a long time, read my second comment to contiune...

@iTactiics your chest moves your arm you should try doing the dip movement and put your hand on your chest your chest pushes... and with the dip your pushing down
if it helps think of it as some kind of extreme decline press :)

@qdtsfq Keep the same weight, that way your muscle is working 100% the whole time. Why do half the amount of work? But start off with two warm up sets working your way up to your desired weight. This is so you don't hurt yourself.

Good stuff, i wonder why he is not doing any decline press? I always thought that decline press gives you the cut under the chest. Either way i will follow this routine, mostly to get that wide stance as i do have the thickness at this point. (talk about cheating at the gym lol)
