Thanks. They never had a green waste service from what I've heard. And they still have the bi-weekly recycling service. This runs on LNG, tank located on the opposite side of the truck.

Thank you. The other Rapid Rails were light blue with white cabs. And yes they are changing all of them into the ones like these.

My dad used to drive Rolloff for daly city BFI but then they changed to alliedwaste then it changed to republic now its ecology. He runs Petaluma Refuse And Recycle now. We just found out that they scrapperd his old volvo rolloff for parts. =(

Holy moly the cart color coding is screwed up. Looks like that toter at 3:35 got squished lol and I love those oTTo's. What'd you stand on in the last clip? Great work nice truck

Yeah it's weird. The original colors are peach/tan for garbage, and green for recycling. Some of the gray carts are for Seal Beach but ended up in Cypress for some reason. As for the dark tan ones, IDK. And the light green Edge cart is actually a green waste cart with a recycling sticker on it.

The Toter was like that when I first saw it. I was standing on a stone planter.

the only think I don't like about CNG trucks are that they make a radeling noise when they are not moving. For example when they are in the cycle.

But very nice video, Its rare (for me) to find heil rapids working for allied waste

Nice truck, btw didnt know they had switched to the Edge, I have seen carts up in Livermore and they are he best thing since sliced bread, roto and SSI are nothing imo next to them.

Nicely done. It is cool they are getting Ottos, I am guessing the 12 inch wheels will soon be 10s I know Republic here buys Ottos with 10 inch wheels now. I am guessing this was Recycle week and greens is another week or is it mixed with the trash. OMG a manual dump at 4:50!!!!!!!!

They've been getting Ottos since last year. And last year's had 10 inch. Yard waste is mixed with the garbage.

@RainbowDisposal Oh alright. Okay, cool that they are getting 12s for now... I hate 10 inch wheels on 96g carts they are just too small for a cart of that size, they work on 64g carts but not 95g or 35g IMO. So since Yard Waste and Garbage is mixed I assume it is seprated at a MRF.
