congratulations! I've been going 2 years strong on a dairy-free diet and have also had great results. I can have very little every once in awhile (once a month?), but too much or too often and I break out in cystic acne all over my chin. The diet has also helped with my period, so I'm positive dairy was affecting my hormone balance.
looking good! i noticed the acne on my face was the last to go after going vegan. i still get some when i go through periods of extreme detox like fasts or intense sauna streaks, but i just let it run its course and it goes away. i stopped washing my face with chemical store-bought washes (like clean and clear) and switched to plant-based castille soap. the difference is huge
@rawnutritiontips It is working good but i need to start eating more of it. My hands are so dry all the time. and the best way to treat it is from the inside out.
