I need to know how to get the hoop going again when it's about to drop before I can move on to learning other tricks. Please help.

i was trying to hoola hoop at walmart the other day and to my supprise, i couldn't do it O.O it seemed like the hoop was awefuly light... but my friend could do it. i'm in shape too, don't know why i can't hoolahoop

it was probably too light.. the kids 'play' ones usually are. search the net for weighted ones.. or sports ones :)

@kitsurubami kids hula hoops are also much smaller and spin much faster. It's much more difficult to keep them up than slow moving larger hoops
