im one of those who dont put connery at top. he was an outstanding presence, but my preference goes to Roger Moore, then Timothy Dalton, then Daniel Craig. Brosnan was a 007 a bit full of himself... lazenby "not enough for rating".
Entertaining to see all the different opinions on here. 4 of my 5 favorite are listed as someones least favorite, Live and Let die, Man with the Golden gun, Casino Royale and From Russia with Love. I don't get it though, in the video certain movies are listed as ten worst but underneath is says this was actually a good movie. You also go on to say all the Bonds were great but you list all but 3 of Moores movies in the worst category.
I totally agree that Moore should have quit after Octopussy but how could you put his earlier movies on this list? While I think most people would suggest Connery was the best Bond I really thought Moore's first 4 films were as good if not better than Connery's. OHMSS was a pretty big yawnfest and Diamonds are forever wasn't much better. QOS was pretty bad but only because Casino Royale was so good, Craig set the bar too high and QOS didn't stand a chance.

Live and let die was great, tmwtgg was very good, moon raked was good, for your eyes only was great and a view to a kill was good. All the other ones deserved to be on that list
I don't think there are 10 bad bond films. Licence to Kill was what I called the first non traditonal Bond film. The violence and language were ramped up and that has continued, didn't like that at first, but I have got used to it now. Worst pre Licence to Kill Bond IMO is On Her Majesty Secret Service. Everything since Licence to Kill has been good to very good, but I still prefer the tradional bonds overall.
I can't believe you even CONSIDERED putting Dr. No on the list. Dr. No is easily in my top 5 best Bond films. Where it places within that, I don't know.

@petrolhead050397 A Bond film has to have loads of action, something that would grip the viewer and put him on the edge of his seat. The film I say would do that for me would be A View to a Kill.
Brosnan is my favourite bond.. he is exactly how i imagine bond; smooth, stylish.. just perfect and i think because of that i love all of his films but it's also down to the fact the newer ones are obviously more modern and up to date so i dont really like the older ones but connery will always be one of the best in mine and many other opinions just cause he was the first but i like brosnan.. so yeh :) i disagree slightly with the brosnan films but apart from that sure, i agree :D love bond <3
I personally think that Roger Moore should have stopped at For Your Eyes Only. Octopussy was horrible, and it had too many cheesy Roger Moore jokes, and not enough action. I was cringing the whole film. A View to a Kill was just cheesy, and I think Dalton could have done something with those....
This video is so wrong, none of the brosnan bond films should be in this countdown, if anything his should be in the tops list as he was one of the best bonds to date.

Licence to Kill was a great film, totally underrated. Probably the purest Fleming/early Bond in some time, given what preceded it. Still think Dalton's in top 3 Bonds, after Craig and possibly tied with early Connery.
OHMSS was one of the best, and Lazenby wasn't bad - great in moments, not great at all in others.
And aside from a few films (FYEO was great), Moore's eyebrows and films are at the bottom of my pile, no pun intended.

For me the worst two Bond movies ever were "Quantum of Solace" and "The world is not enough". The best ever two Bonds I found "With a view to a Kill" and of course "Goldfinger"!!!

I love "Moonraker". Good campy fun. Now "Diamonds Are Forever" is the worst one I've seen so far. Connery looks like he aged about 15 years from his previous outing, which was only four years earlier in "You Only Live Twice". Although appearing old and washed up, Connery made the most money for himself playing Bond off of this outing. Kind of like the way how many a professional athlete makes most of his money after he is past his athletic prime.
The Man with the Golden Gun is just desperate. Truely embarrassing for all concerned. I feel sorry for Christopher Lee; He is wasted in this, in more senses than one! At least Moonraker had ambition and deserves to be way above it.

Moonraker was my favorit of all time hands down, Quantum of Solace i can admit was bad. The man with the golden gun was a pretty basic plot with Bond trying to track down an assasin befor the assasin got him.
I agree with alot of these, Moonraker was stupid (laser guns?), Quantumn of Solace was cool but only on the 5th or 6th watch through and the invisible car ruined Die Another Day
Man with the Golden Gun was awesome! WTF! It was a refreshing change where he didn't have to go to a base with lackeys in dumb uniforms and end up engaging in a small army v army fight. This time it was 1v1 and against a villain that was very much like him and just as dangerous. Nowhere near the worst, in fact it's my 2nd favorite of all time. Goldeneye was the best, lots of villains to tackle including 006 with the same agent training as Bond. Brilliant.
And i think nobody had really replaced S.Connery as James Bond. He was by far the best James Bond, and not only because he was the first. And Georges Lazenby was great too (its a pity he just made one!) the third was for me T.Dalton, 4th Pierce Brosnan, 5th Roger Moore, and......6th Daniel Craig who's not James Bond at all for me!!

Its absolutely surprising to me that Moonraker is the worst Bond film because that is actually my favourite Bond film. The reasons why I like Moonraker is because the film had good actors and actresses, charm to make it watchable and good villians like Jaws and Drax. I didnt really care much about the negative points like Bond going into space as long as the film is enjoyable to me. Casino Royale is the REAL worst Bond film as I said in the comment below.
The only Bond film I absolutely hate is Casino Royale and fancy people think its one of the best Bond films. Daniel Craig wasnt a bad actor but I hated his performance as Bond when he got tortured by Le Chiffre because Bond didnt scream in a realistic way - it made everyone laugh rather than feel sorry for Bond. I also hated the story especially the part when Bonds girlfriend betrayed Bond and died and there wasnt much charm in the film as the other films, but this is only my opinion.

Q could have played other roles other than give gadgets. If they appeared I wouldnt have disliked it so much.
@TTPAT25 I do actually apreciate and like the idea of Bond being close to Flemmings Bond who is dark and ruthless but he needs to have some charm and charisma which I didnt see so much with Daniel Craigs Bond. If he had a bit of charm and some real humour (not that ridiculous torture scene I mentioned), he would have been more interesting for me to watch. I hope that in the future they improve the Bond films with Daniel Craig by bringing back Q, Monnypenny and the charm which was in the films.

@MrGreenday34 - Quantum Of Solace is a bad film because: a. The plot is convoluted. b.The violence is way over the top. c. The directing side is poor. d. The editing is poor. e. The theme song is 3rd rate. f. The score is on the whole uninspiring and with little of the James Bond theme utilised it is'nt Bond. g. The villains were boring. h. The gunbarrel is amateurish and Craig looks like he's on the way to the toilet and i. the feel good factor that one used to get has gone - Bond is a bore.

@MrGreenday34 - I loved OHMSS and thought George Lazenby did a credible job as 007.Daniel Craig is simply mis-cast as James Bond. I find him tedious in the role - no style or panache. The last film does not deserve to be called a Bond film. Marc Forster is a dreadful director and it shows.

I love all the Bond films for different reasons - some are better than others. The only film I cannot stand is 'Quantum Of Solace' - an awful film in every way.

@TRUMPER007 Same here. QOS is total mess. The only other one I dont care for is Diamonds Are Forever. The other 20 I love.

@TRUMPER007 i,m a huge fan of bond saw all the movies my favorite bond is moore and live and let die is in my opinion the best bond movie but why is quantum of solace so bad i mean i liked it certainly more than lazenby,s one.

@MrGreenday34 - Quantum Of Solace is a bad film because: a. The plot is convoluted. b.The violence is way over the top. c. The directing side is poor. d. The editing is poor. e. The theme song is 3rd rate. f. The score is on the whole uninspiring and with little of the James Bond theme utilised it is'nt Bond. g. The villains were boring. h. The gunbarrel is amateurish and Craig looks like he's on the way to the toilet and i. the feel good factor that one used to get has gone - Bond is a bore.

@TRUMPER007 still lazenby had the worst one i hated that one i actually enjoyed casino royale and quantum of solace. sure no one can top connery and moore but still i love every bond actor but just not lazenby you think lazenby is better than craig?

@MrGreenday34 - I loved OHMSS and thought George Lazenby did a credible job as 007.Daniel Craig is simply mis-cast as James Bond. I find him tedious in the role - no style or panache. The last film does not deserve to be called a Bond film. Marc Forster is a dreadful director and it shows.
