I like legacy controls because you can really just fly with 1 stick. the left stick is only used for the tilt of the helicopter.

i have a tip for you, if you get very close to the enemy heli at your start route, he can't deploy his flares at time

you know that when you get "enemy killed" it means the pilot didn't bail. It doesn't mean he had an engineer. He was just a horrible pilot.

guided and heat are not the same.try this, u will never lose a chopper flight if u have beam scan, ecm jam, and guided. too powerful. but good vid. thumbs up

Youre right. I went 37-1 in copper earlier. Both had flares so rules out being locked on and I pwned other choppers. Was good fun but most kept sayong I was cheating. They were fed up of us.

Sooo overpowered lol. I just played that map with a horrible team that allowed the enemy to have all the helis on map & each with an engineer.. we got raped lol.

good work, have you come up for any strategies regarding the god-like mobile AA tank? I have guided missiles so they help a bit but I can usually only get one shot off before it shoots me down on canals rush.

Boy, it's too bad that Canals on Conquest is the only time you can really excel with scout helicopters. In Rush even a mediocre mobile-AA pilot can easily shoot down everything that flies.

Also, too bad there's so little incentive for engineers to ride along in choppers and keep them fixed. Just a piddly amount of repair points.

@LukeAlto2007 you get like 20-30 points every 2 seconds you are repairing, I am usually in the top 3 just repairing my mates heli (mostly because he is a terrible pilot).

At least medics can just throw down a medpack and keep fighting. Engineers have to just stand there, 1 foot away, holding down left trigger.

What I like to do with the heli(in maps with jets) is if im getting locked on ill go low and try to hide behind stuff(mountains are good). That way I know if its a person locking on with a stinger because it will stop. If not you know its a jet. It works with jets to. I find it useful to know wether a jet or person is locking onto you.
