dude if you worked on keeping your hands laterally stable and pushing forward instead, you'd probably not end up backseat...back in the day i had a prob w my left hand looping a bit during pole plants and didn't connect it w any other problems but coach got me to fix it and it made a huge difference in keeping control, especially at high speed, where lagging hands and pole plants get you backseat without you ever knowing it...peace
yeah ive been working on it. its a lot better not. this was a couple years ago haha. i was 14 i think. but yeah ill post a new video.
