yes ... I learned about the Oscar after searching the intenet. They really deserved it.

I think the strength of the final sequence in the "Garden of Finzi-Contini" is to show only the very beginning of their deportation ... the farewell from that magical place ... the sound of the "el male rahamim" in the background makes you aware where all this is ending ... I had this in mind during the last days.

Please keep posting other vids with her. I am her Fan already.

Hi Pyrenadour, she was broadcasted on German TV (BR3) yesterday, in "Der Garten der Finzi-Contini". I recognized her for the first time in my life. I was overwhelmed with emotion... very touching story ... the end of it is so moving ... so sad. But her performance was stunning ... She has really something special, that nobody forgets.

If I understand correctly, you're now able to recognize her on TV thanks to my youtube sequences, I'm really proud of that :-)) and that's encourage me to carry on uploading other videos! Did you know that "The Garden of the Finzi-Continis" won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 1971? I feel the same about the final sequence of this film, each time I need a handkerchief, that's too sad... Best regards!
