hi,your video is very nice,i have a query,while preheating ,we have to keep both the lower rack and the glass base in the microwave,or how do we preheat??can you little elaborate..reply as soon as possible..also while cooking liquids and chicken dishes in microwave how do we prevent the spluttering of chicken ,it gets allover the microwave..and pls share more dishes..
The turntable is a part of microwave oven; you should never cook without it. The fan on the rear of the oven blows heat and if does not rotate only one side of it is cooked.
As for cooking liquids and fatty meat like chicken; you must set the power lower and cook longer also cover the food with cling film otherwise liquid and fat splash all over the place. Good microwave ovens have preset buttons for different type of food but they are more (very) expensive.

quick question - could i use the microwave bowls given in the kit to bake? do they have to be tins of the specified width etc?
