Marty does a wonderful version and I wish he would release his own version.

Many artists have covered the song: Valentino,Carl Bean,Johnny Rodriguez,The Pet Shop Boys,Magnus Carlsson,Paul Oskar,Pour Homme,Jimmy Somerville as well as others. It has been sampled by many Dj's:Dimitri From Paris,Roger Sanchez,Stuart Price,Dj Gomi,Dj 19, Peter Presta,Pal Joey,Larry Levan and many other Dj's.

I never thought it could be done, but Marty Thomas does justice to Carl Bean's original - it has a different flavor, the soul, the passion, the gospel vocals are all there - brilliant ad-libs/delivery and pure lung-busting SANGIN'! Hurry up Marty and get West End to record this in the studio and release it as a CD single!
