It's no coincidence that Beyonce's look on 4:23 is also featured in Lady Gaga's Telephone video. The Betty Page hairstyle and the Wonder Woman inspired costumes are featured prominently in Telephone. I wonder if the collaboration between Video Phone and Telephone in regards to the looks involved was not an ongoing plan. Either way, it makes for good marketing for both women.
