Why is the old video so darn popular? I keep forgetting that I even made this until some random person hops on the English-dubs-always-suck bandwagon. Seriously guys, after looking at this a year later, this is poorly edited. But yeah--. I still don't think the voices are that bad. I can do much better now-. But that's besides the point-. ok since my last post which was almost a year ago, i never expected soo many likes and about 5 replies to my comment. i am sorry if my comment may have started this since it was one of the older ones but there are a lot more people out there who share my opinion whether or not they saw my post or other people's posts. i was an anime fan up until a year ago, i have seen many many animes and japanese dub are by far the best.

Like someone said earlier, for those who understand the language may find it just as annoying as someone who speaks english and watches it in english dub. im not saying your video is atrocious, im saying from my experience in watching many animes, i prefer japanese over english. The cutesy japanese dub can be annoying at times but in my opinion, it is much more tolerable to listen to than english dub, whoever it may be who dubs it.

@ZapF2 This actually happens in the original Japanese version, the dialogue was not altered to Americanize it. That's the significance and purpose of this scene-- Mio did the Japanese norm and called Yui by her last name "Hirasawa-san" (obviously I dropped the '-san' and added 'Miss') and Yui tells Mio to just call her by her first name, signifying that Yui feels comfortable enough to be on a first name basis with Mio... and as you can see in the clip, it made Mio a bit uncomfortable.
