  • Do they really think that Jesus Christ who cherishes every life would be enthusiastic about the abortion on demand position of Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the most pro death President in American history in Barack Hussein Obama by virtue of voting twice against babies getting medical attention if they survived botched abortions during his Illinois Legislation days?

  • Only you communist, liberal, anti-Christian Obama lovers sit here and call the greatest President since Abraham Lincoln (Ronald Reagan) names. Michelle Bachman is right. If we do not get Premiere Obama out of the whitehouse, we will be a socialist, communist nation! This is our last chance! WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!

  • @tedbear77 Amen

  • i miss debates like this they dont make presidents like these anymore

  • Wow, Carter is like one of the worst presidents ever. I don't see how democrats consider him alright.

  • Reaganomics Vs. Obamanomics: Facts And Figures.

In February 2009 They wrote an article for The Wall Street Journal entitled “Reaganomics v Obamanomics,” which argued that the emerging outlines of President Obama’s economic policies were following in close detail exactly the opposite of President Reagan’s economic policies. As a result, they predicted that Obamanomics would have the opposite results of Reaganomics. That prediction seems to be on track.

  • @footstomp1 And if RONNIE was alive, he'd say to NOBAMA, "THERE YOU GO AGAIN!" NOBAMA CAMPAIGNED LIKE REAGAN, BUT HE GOVERNS LIKE CARTER! NOBAMA HAS 373 DAYS TO GO!

  • @vccstudents and that is 373 days more then he should ^_^

  • @footstomp1 And right now it is 53 WEEKS OR 371 DAYS TO GO!

  • @footstomp1 there you go again, someone needs to said that to obama

  • @asphyxiafeeling

Maybe Ron Paul has a glimmer of being like him....

  • So...arte thou saying thou arte not part of the population. If thou be (a part of this population), then thou -- under thy postulation-- also "doesn't deserve to recover from such mass insanity." Dost thou bethink thyself separate? Perhaps thou should board a boat.

  • You know, instead of all you liberals posting so much hate, why don't you do something positive, and go help the poor and crippled, the widows and the orphans? Don't expect the gov't to do it! God tells us all that WE are supposed to do it! It's not the governments job! It's the churches job, and you job and my job!

  • @tedbear77 Your clearly deluded, nobody goes to church anymore

  • @tedbear77 lol

  • I miss Ronny

  • Got it...thanks anyway.

  • Does anyone know what the word/words were between 153 and 154?

  • @Asyphyxiafeeling....Reagan was not a great president. He was lucky to ride on the wave of a strong economy; Carter was unlucky to ride on the wave of a weak economy. The exectuive branch alone cannot improve the economy. Despite all of Reagan's small government rhetoric: he racked up a third of US national debt in two presidential terms alone. Look at the facts....he was not a great president. Equally, he did not end the Cold War he merely presided over the time in which the Cold War ended...

  • hey for all you republicans out there guess what? Your golden boy over there rasied taxes, several times.

  • Regan was a lying piece of shit criminal and anyone who says any different was either not there, or is too stupid to read the history books...

  • @Fireworxs2012 : That all depends. If the book was written by someone as stupid as you are, it's no wonder we ignore it. I was there, I paid attention and obviously I have the ability to understand what actually happened more than you do.

Go crawl back into your "occupy" tent and wait for your demise, you stupid filthy leftist pig.

  • @TheLeftistBasher Eat shit and die assbasher....If you could ever get the GOP's hairy nutsack out of your mouth long enough to educate your stupid ass, maybe you might learn from your past mistakes. You will choke yourself to death on GOP jizz before that happens and we all know it...Enjoy the meal bitch..Choke on it...

  • Carter and Reagan didn't really do that much to battle inflating currency. I'd hate to be either one of them.

  • @asphyxiafeeling reagan sucked. hes overrated.

  • @ronanmcnern: And you're a dumb piece of shit.

  • @handsomelatin8 no im not. people say hes good but he started to dig us into a hole that following presidents would dig us into. reagan wasnt really making much of his choices he was controlled by other people who used him as a puppet just the same way that people used bush as a puppet so they could do what they wanted. and jimmy carter was better than him but nobody thinks that cause they're

  • @handsomelatin8 idiots. jimmy carter get blame for stuff thats not his fault. and he tried to do positive things like start using more renewable energy like putting solar panelson top of the white house. and what did reagan do with the solar panels on the white house, he took then off because he like many politcian get money from oil companies. can't you get that reagan wasnt a president he was an actor in hollywood

  • @handsomelatin8 . oh and Reagan didnt help end the cold war, it was because the soviet union at the time of reagans presidency had a leader that was able to negotiate more with us. no matter who was president at that time, the cold war would have ended then.

  • @ronanmcnern : See the previous response to your last moronic statement you complete dumbass. How does it feel to be so pigging stupid? Fortunately, there's no way I will ever know.

  • @TheLeftistBasher see you dont even defend yourself cause u just find it easier to insult others than to say educated things.

  • @ronanmcnern : That's because filth is the only thing you leftists understand. True intellectual arguements go way over your head. If they didn't, you wouldn't be a leftist.

  • @handsomelatin8 ; Man have you got THAT right! "ronanmcnerd" is one of the lackeys that Obama is so proud of.

  • @asphyxiafeeling : You're probably right. A population that's stupid enough to willingly vote in putrid, vile filth like Obama doesn't deserve to recover from such mass insanity.

  • @eimb1999 ur calling me immature while you call me names... I,dont think u,grasp the meaning of being an adult. I am leftist but I dont mind right wing people as long as they have the guts to take responsibility. That was all Carter wantsd from you. That, you would thunk about what you had done, but apperently you like to be fooled and manipulated.

  • @toverkleet "Fooled and manipulated"? How can someone who wants as little forced gov't intrusion in their lives as possible be considered to be "fooled and manipulated"? You leftists are what Stalin (or some other communist) called "useful idiots" in that you're actually stupid enough to believe and actively promote the socialism that they enslave people with. People like you actually promote your own servitude to the state! BTW I'm not namecalling. I'm accurately describing your condition.

  • @eimb1999 useful? Lol I would be one of the first that would be on his hitlist. I maybe ledt, but I hate comunism. I have a strong believe in human rights, and there are lines that cannot and should not be crossed, but your so called stupid accusations are still immature, because I can properly debate someone as you might see if u would scroll through all the comments I have had with someone on ur side and we even came to a conclusion. Cont.

  • @eimb1999 also I at least know what capitalism actually means. Isms are forms of an ideology that are shappes into politcis. Capital is just another name for money. So combining the, two, hope u can follow me, makes the politics of money. Ie those who have money MAKE politics. No democracy, no freedom besides being a slave to those who have.

  • @eimb1999 That's a very interesting point and to a certain degree America does deserve to suffer because of her decisions, but there is a portion of the U.S that still holds firm to the things that made America great and the envy of the world. There is still hundreds of millions of Americans that won't fall for a dramatic, lame duck, inexperienced President or vote for a candidate based upon Oprah's opinion. There are still good, God fearing Americans out there. Vote for Newt, he was with Reagan!

  • But hell, I guess it's easier to insult someone than to actually make an reasonable response.

  • What a rude little man. Keep the debate civilized Reagan, instead of treating your opponent like a child.

  • @TheDoomArt Evidently you weren't around when Carter was president. We definitely werent better off than we were 4 yrs prior !!

  • @TheDoomArt Carter WAS a child.

  • @TheDoomArt : You're right. Carter shouldn't have been treated like a child. He should have been treated like a moron. And so should you.

  • @eimb1999 carter wasnt a moron reagan was

  • @ronanmcnern : Well, judging by your response with it's complete lack of capitalization and any punctuation whatsoever, I could see how you'd be stupid enough to believe that. People like you would likely also be stupid enough to vote for that putrid filth Obama and probably agree with the "occupy" movement. There's no shortage of stupid, ignorant and idiotic people in the world, and you and your ilk are clearly proud members of the clan..

  • @iownyouatlife how sorry, nevermind, we had already discussed it... my bad

  • @iownyouatlife At least Carter had the guts to be honest and treat the American people as adults, instead of doing like nothing was the matter.

  • @toverkleet : Well, if you're what passes for an adult these days I can see where your coming from. But in reality, you're just a stupid leftist, so you clearly don't have the intelligence to understand what a vile and condescending puke Carter really was and still is. That's why he appealed to fools like you.

  • @asphyxiafeeling So you would want someone that holds an illusion and lets himself be set in place by the corporations?

  • We sure could use him now. Look at that purple turd with hairs we're stuck with now.

  • America stands for the same things today as it did then. Invasions of others for natural resources & expanding our territory. All our presidents do is just that. The more we invade the better our economy, who cares others have to die. That is our American dream.

  • God Obama and Carter the worst presidents ever. Listen to Reagan speeches compared to both those idiots. When Reagan speaks he actually praises America and the people, makes us feel the pride we have of being American. Carter and Obama just point the finger at us saying we are the blame and living too well, completely unamerican presidents. Carter and Obama have both ran the country to the ground in a single term. Reagan actually produced a peacetime economic boom.

  • @iownyouatlife Why don't you like Carter? He at least told the truth to people. Also Obama is trying to SAVE your country after what Bush did. Have you forgotten the expanses YOUR country has done to fund a war that is a drain on your society. And next to that, the deregulation of the banks that were put on by Bush was just like a hatchet to a chickens head (aka not good). Greed over took everything and destroyed not just the US economy, but the rest of the western world.

  • @toverkleet What the hell? Carter told us we were living to well and we would have to ration because of it and Reagan totally flipped the situation around. Carter is the reason the economy plummeted at the time. And Obama is trying to save America how? He didn't end the war, he's increasing government spending, trying to regulate everything we do. Essentially he's doing everything that WON'T help the economy, but you're saying he's saving us? Enough Bush, Obama is doing worse than him.

  • @iownyouatlife You do remember that Bush left office with a deficit of 11 trilion? to get such an economy kick started again, you need a LOT of money.

  • @toverkleet Lol....oh boy. Reagan did the opposite of what Obama did and produced economic boom in which the deficit had shrunk until balancing out years down the road. Has Obama produced an economic boom? How is giving money to the government going to help the economy? They don't produce wealth and they waste it. While they keep spending and regulating, the private sector is shrinking. Sounds like a good plan. Now, shut up with Bush. Obama spent more than him practically in a single year.

  • @iownyouatlife Wow cowboy, I never SAID that he produced an economic boom. Because the republicans are not even trying to let him run a proper plan. No, I won't shut up about Bush. Have you ever heard of Keynian economics? Government needs to increase spending to eventually get more income. Reagan deregulated and the banks ran away with your money.

  • @toverkleet HAHAHAHA oh I see. You believe debt spending will work. You do realize keynesian economics has been debunked and it doesn't work. If you actually read about economics you would know this. FDR's policies actually extended the great depression which revolved around keynesianism. The war was one key factor in helping us get out of that shithole. The greatest periods of economic growth have been under capitalism. Creating bubbles ONLY weakens economies, look at the national debt. MY GOD!

  • @iownyouatlife According to whom?? What economics major book has proposed that keynsian economics don't work? According to Fox news? Well, it's in the every highschool text book that I have come across, and also in discussions with people that have studied economics, that it does work. FDR tried to keep the US out of the second World War as much as possible. And don't you remember where that bubble comes from? Ooh yeah, thats right. Deregulation.

  • @toverkleet Well, it's good government likes to interfere with schooling these days. You do understand we have one of the worst educational systems? It's good you "think" you know it all when you base it from a biased view. If it wasn't for WW2 we'd probably have been in a depression even longer! However, the data I've read from many economists opposes your view. By the way, you are WRONG. The government got involved with housing. Ever heard of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac?

  • @iownyouatlife No, I don't know everything. But I can make an educated guess. And no, I don't know of Fannie Mae nor Freddie Mac, since I don't live in the US. I live in what you would call a "socialistic" country. The Netherlands. But let me guess, there was corruption? And that is wrong. It festers always when a lot of money exchanges hands. But your sucking of on how great the free market is, is just as ignorant and biased as what you say of me. The free market is not holy.

  • @toverkleet How is a free market evil and bad? Can't wait for you to build your argument on how greed tears it to shreds....because you actually have liberty, self-responsibility, and NO entitlements. I don't want a large government telling me what to do, what healthcare to get. No other other way of economics have improved the lives of individuals as well as Capitalism has. You are seriously arguing with me when you don't even live here? You're also probably in high school,

  • @iownyouatlife Ha first off, I'm not in high school, I have a degree in Philosophy of Law and have read a vast amount on capitalism and the "free market", and your country's holy book "Atlas Shrugged". When money becomes one's religion, you are willing to do anything to get more money. And that means you are willing to do anything to gain more. As long as your good reputation gives you money, you use it. Once the other side gives you more, you go that way.

  • @toverkleet really, coming from a statement such as, "Well, it's in the every highschool text book that I have come across". But many people on youtube lie to make a point, it's ok. Money is one's religion? Keep smoking that socialism crack. What society doesn't rely on greed? The rich help produce jobs through their businesses. Lower taxes actually increases revenue, which is good. With greed also comes jealousy. In which comes people thinking they are entitled to everything.

  • @iownyouatlife No the rich only care about making profit, and that is being gathered by kicking the boot against as much peoples asses. It's the opposite of making more jobs. Greed needs to be held in check. It is useful, up till a point. Not everything is expressed in money. Maybe your country needs a true set of morals.

  • @toverkleet So if the government gains control are they not sticking their foot on people's asses? The government has more power than private business. Taking away greed? That's the same as taking away liberty. I thought a philosophy major would know this. If I want a boat and I work for it and buy one does that mean I'm greedy or just that I want to pursue my self interest? Our country has a set of morals that we don't need the government to change.

  • @toverkleet By the way our morals are set by religion, something the government is trying to get rid of. Please understand a country before making such a ridiculous judgement.

  • @iownyouatlife Ho sorry, I said one sentence twice. My bad.

  • @iownyouatlife Read Plato's Republic in the chapter where he discusses the degenaration of the most just state. (and I know the Greeks were a bunch of sick pervs back in the day, but we are talking about philosophy now). And also Aristotle said that we were social animals. So that means human interaction. By taking the "my way or the high way" approach that absolute capitalism demands, we lose that side that demands us to interact in a social manner with others.

  • @toverkleet Social animals huh....well you do realize families have been less social during these times because they have to work to support themselves and others+ government. Under Capitalism people have more time to be social and go out and have fun. Ex. roaring twenties, 1950s, 1980s. These periods under capitalism had economic growth, social time between families and friends were good. Under Capitalism, people have been better off.

  • @iownyouatlife Uhm, maybe because during then capitalism was being checked by a bit more responsibility and knowledge. Look, extreme government isn't good either. And FYI, religion is bullshit. True morals come from something not influenced by any deity. Cause if you only do good because of some god says that you need to do good, you are not doing for the right thing in itself. You do know btw, that Jesus was a socialist right? By your standards I mean.

  • @toverkleet I've read things saying he was capitalistic and socialistic. I personally believe he was neither. And a majority of rich conservatives give many donations to the poor and what not (just getting at that the rich aren't just about themselves). Obviously Jesus couldn't be either since both have morally incorrect things. But, religion is not something I like to debate.

  • @iownyouatlife Well then, why can't we go about the market in that same fashion? Neither socialistic, nor capitalistic?

  • @toverkleet lol, well, then let's create a new market that's perfect....might take some time to think this one out.

  • @iownyouatlife Yeah, I know its difficult, but why the "f" not ;) If we don't try to aspire to the highest, we never progress towards the stars (not literal, or maybe even a bit literal, if you would ask Neil deGrasse Tyson :P ) I mean, "you"(as in the Americans) were the "can do" people. Let's tackle this issue with all our combined western might ;) the moral high ground, without political.. uuh stuff... destroys it.

  • @iownyouatlife wait a sec... We disagreed and now we came to both a conclusion and an action point :p nicely done sir.

  • @toverkleet lol, it's the best way to settle a debate

  • @toverkleet Good economists: Thomas Sowell, Milton Friedman, peter schiff. Definitely my favorites, but there are more.

  • @heilhynkel Are you kidding? FDR started the great depression because of his socialist policies. The only reason we got out of the depression was because of us needing to build weaponry to fight the Axis. Carters policies were more of the same of that and Reagan practically saved us. Please think before you speak sir.

  • @conick9599 Socialists don't make sense my friend. Personally, I wish Barry Goldwater would have won back in 1964.

  • People made a mistake on that fateful day.

All of us were better off 40 years ago.

  • I wish Ford won in '76. We would've never seen the likes of Reagan or his so called "Revoution" or his "Voo Doo economics" because a Democrat would've won in 1980. We would be better of today if the '76 eection turned out differently.

  • @mr19932001 Bahhahh Bahhh, and Obama is the best ever, Bahh Bahah, and yes michael moore I'll get you more whale fat, Bahh Bahhahh, Yes stalin I will lick your balls, Bahhahh Bahhah

-Tell your shepherd to take your herd off my land

  • @ThatHaloGuy117 What makes you think I like Obama? He's just as big of disster as Reagan and George W. Bush were. I want a third party candidate to run and I didn't want him to win the nomination in '08. The ony decent, not great, but decent presidents we've had over the last 40 years were Clinton, Nixon, and George HW Bush. The rest, Republican and Democrat sucked.

  • when he was 73 years old

  • RONALD WILSON REAGAN BEST PRESIDENT EVER

  • now your choices are a ron a rick a mitt and a newt ROFLMAO

  • Lets face the facts............................dimwit Obama is nothing more than Jimmy Carter's retarded love child.

  • @rrmfg obama is not nearly as honest as jimmy carter was.

  • america is not respected with rupublican, FROM CANADA!!!!!!!!!

  • Reagan is a buffoon

  • @labulashvili Except for the fact that he was one of our greatest presidents.

  • @1danyol1 laughing my shit off

  • Need Another Reagan!!!

  • Surprisingly enough, I would rather have Carter in the White House than Obama.

  • what a pro Reagan was he owned Carter

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, Carter is Obama.

  • Marco Rubio the modern day Reagan

  • Like most Republicans of his time, he was a sneaky weisel. He would look you right in the eye, smile his stupid fucking smile, and lie directly to your face.

A Republican campaign is probably the filthiest item that has ever existed. The only reason why these assholes get elected is because they exploit the breaks off of wedge issues or cultural insecurities.

Now, however, America has progressed profoundly. Gay marriage has a hefty approval number and White racism is greatly diminished.

  • How was ronald reagan a good president when he quadrupled the deficit ,and the stock market crash of 1987?

  • 30 years later, medical costs are out of control, which countries that have national health care provide care at literally a fraction of the cost.

Reagan's ghost: "there you go again..."

  • Reagan is an actor, he was born for TV. That's why stupid people say here "he won the debate", but Carter was/is the better man.

  • @MrLitze I would bet money you didnt live during the carter reign, the country's moral was at a low similiar to today....when reagan started debating carter people started to have hope once again. That's why carter lost in a landslide fashion.

  • @MrLitze Hahahahahaha, Hahahahaha. My God, I can't stop laughing at your comment. You're right, Carter was so great for this country, created jobs, reduced interest rates, reduced inflation, reduced oil prices....Buahahahahahahaha!

  • Duh Americas problems were caused by the worst Prez in history :GWBush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!never fairly elected only appointed!

  • I fear that those words may find it will be like that in 2012. Obama better get ready.

  • now i know where obama gets his advice from. It's not from reagan of course.

  • Ronald Reagan essentially won this debate with a few lines

  • @FRSFreeStatePlus Won the debate? See, that's the problem with you and that's the problem with Americans.

They decided they wanted to vote this stupid looking clown into office because they liked him, never mind the fact that he was as dumb as a post. 30 years later and this Country's middle class has been busted and disgusted. wages for middle class Americans have ran in place, and the checks and balances on big business--unions-- have been eradicated.

Regan only served his corporate kings.

  • @Seedofwinter

LOL even if what all you say is true, Jimmy Carter lost to Ron Reagan in a landslide, Carter couldn't even get 45% of the vote and was the incumbent. So that doesn't say much about Carter that he would lose to someone like Reagan as you described.

  • @FRSFreeStatePlus What does being an incumbent have to do with anything?

Us Americans elected George Bush jr 2 times; we elected Reagan 2 times, even after he tripled the debt and turned America's back on the middle class; Palin was almost Vice President and could probably be President; Michelle Bachman the second runner for the GOP nomination right now. The whole point of my comment was to emphasize the absurdity of American politics; "Conservatives" are yanking this Country backwards.

  • @Seedofwinter

Carter was the incumbent in this election.

I have a couple questions for you, what does all your points have to do with this debate, this video is about this debate not about the Reagan Presidency. And what does George W Bush have to do with this debate, this debate is about the Reagan-Carter Debate.

  • @FRSFreeStatePlus

Well, I started off my comment by explaining to you that Ronald Reagan is a stupid looking clown, that can look you right in the eye, smile at you, and lie. He lied in this debate. The point is, people like you continue you buy it and this Country has been getting leeched from the powerful interests for a long time.

You brag that Carter lost and Reagan won, and basically, I'm trying to figure out and you figure? I guess anyone can win a debate if they lie.

  • @Seedofwinter

LOL dude you have no idea who the hell your talking to and are speaking out of your ass. You have no idea what I know and don't know and once again your comments are off topic. But thanks for the laugh I did enjoy that.

  • @FRSFreeStatePlus LOL

Tell me how I'm wrong. Please.

  • This is why I don't vote republican. WHAT was that other Legislation that Reagan was for? Carter actually stated what he was for. All Reagan did was tell people to think about the last 4 years. But what are you going to do that's different Ronald? When Reaganomics passed, unemployment rose to 12% at the end of his first 4 years. In his last 4 years it went down to 5.5%, but I would argue that it was because of the democratic congress increased spending when they won back power.

  • Democrats, full of shit then full of shit X 10 now.

  • During the iranian hostage crisis George HW Bush used his cia contacts to make a deal with the iranians. They wanted them to hold them until after the election, they were afraid it would help carter if they were released before. So they made a deal and the hostages were released 20 mins after Reagan was sworn in.As we all know now Reagn then sold US missles to a terrorist nation in exchange for holding the hostages longer. Disgusting

  • @themeaningoflife38 True. Reagan's people secretly went over to Iran and told the hostage-takers they'd get a better deal with a Reagan presidency, rather than settling with the Carter Administration. This was TREASON. President Carter had been on the verge of resolving the crisis and getting the hostages freed, up until that point. With the hostages still in captivity, Carter's loss was assured. And so the hostages were released just minutes after Reagan was sworn in.

  • @themeaningoflife38 This was actually a variation of something out of Nixon's playbook. Nixon's people went over to the South Vietnamese in 1968 and told them they'd get a better deal by not working with LBJ; and so the S. Vitenamese walked away from the Paris Peace Talks. This is a searchable FACT.

  • @GoldwaterB Reagan was also an FBI informant in the 1940s.He was a part of "Operation Mockingbird",he spied on other actors in Hollywood who were suspected communists.

Ironically Reagan was a former Democrat that loved FDR, during the 1930s he and his father were able to get jobs under FDR's leadership.

  • @GoldwaterB I'm not sure whether you realize it or not yet, but you're an idiot. You may not think that you're an idiot, but trust me, you are. As long as you don't hurt anyone else, you can continue to be an idiot. In fact, I find your idiocy to be somewhat funny, again, as long as you don't hurt anyone else.

  • Obama got bin laden

    Obama gets things done

  • @themeaningoflife38 have you checked the employment numbers lately you fool?

  • @chrycohauler Yes, all the right wing owned companies have laid off as many as possible so they can blame Obama.

  • @themeaningoflife38 right wing owned companies???..another new libtard phrase..and just how do you know that any company that has laid people off is owned by a so called right winger?..you need to start sleeping with the windows open..

  • @themeaningoflife38 The Republicans are doing everything they can to have Obama lose in 2012 -- including destroying the economy.

  • @GoldwaterB Yes they are right wing fascist liars

  • @chrycohauler The Republicans are doing everything they can to have Obama lose in 2012 -- including destroying the economy.

  • @GoldwaterB How are the Republicans destroying the economy? Are you stupid?

  • @l2pks4f3rs They ran up debt during the Bush Administration, and now do not want to raise taxes on the wealthy, in order to pay those bills. They'd rather let the country default on those bills and throw us into another recession or even a depression. To be fair, this is largely due to the so-called Tea Party faction.

Your first question was legitimate. Your second question shows your ignorance and lack of social skills. When you address anyone on this board, show some respect.

  • @GoldwaterB He has gone nowhere, you are the ignorant fool. And I suppose you are going to vote for him in 2012? How sad.

  • Just saw Ronald Reagan Jr the other day saying that Reagan RAISED taxes more than he lowered them.

  • I'm not american, I'm from Europe, but how can you even compare Carter to Obama, it's like comparing a rabbit and a jaguar

  • @Daniel0889 you clearly don't understand what Obama is. Like the US left, most of Europe seems to slobber all over Obama like some Messiah with super powers.

He is a joke. He cannot speak coherently without a teleprompter, he's a total pussy on the world stage, he flip flops on issues all day long, he embraces policy that he condemned before his election, and he shows virtually no emotion since he's been elected. All he gives a shit about is power, and fucking over the rich.

  • @VegasBilgeRat I understand your a right winger then, but I think then you voted for or favorized Bush, didn't you... Or republicans are thinking of Bush as a weak president like most of the people ?

  • @Daniel0889 I'm quite conservative, but I neither voted for, or favored Bush. You lefties don't give a shit about issues, all you can see are individuals to scapegoat and single out to make a point.

Bush made lots of mistakes that conservatives are not happy about. Obama is a piece of shit who hates capitalism, he wants to tax the hell out of hard workers to pay for lazy poor people who breed like rabbits but can't pay for it.

Bush's fuckups don't make it ok for Obama to be a fuck up.

  • Republican are faggots.

  • Ronnie was a great man.

  • American politics, my personal summary. 1st the republicans are elected, once in power they begin to slowly erode the nation to gain capital for themselves and corporations they are associated with. Once these goals can be furthered no more at the time, the republicans intentionally blow the election and allow the democrats to repair the damage done, all the while blaming the democrats for the problems rep. made. Then a smear election, rep. pres, and repeat the process.

  • Tax revenue from tax cuts are always stronger in a strong economy. When you cut taxes people spend more money at the market place and so on. They buy much more taxed goods which then creates tax revenue for the gov. When they have more of their own money and no fear of losing there job they spend. This is easy stuff.

  • Ronald Reagan, aka the Great Communicator. No one could project on TV the way he did

  • If only had Ford won in 1976....

Reagan and Carter are both freaks

  • Amen to TofuPenguin & jenn1fer. The Toad263 needs to take an economic course...

  • "Is it easier for you to go and buy things in the store than it was 4 years ago?" It is sad that something like that is what Americans look to in order to judge their and their county's well-being. Sadly, it is that same sentiment that is killing our county's current economy. People would rather pay half as much for a pair of jeans made in China than pay twice as much for those same jeans made in the U.S. The beauty of a free market economy is that the people choose, were choosing wrong.

  • Reagan was the man!!!!!

  • @austinga05 Yes he was. Ronnie was the man that turned this country around. Until then there was a concerted by presidents of both parties to pay down the national debt incurred during WWII. Instead of paying down this debt like he said he would he blew it up. Reagan nearly trippeld the debt to almost 3 trillion dollars. Now apply interest to that for the last 20+ years. The last 3 republican presidents are responsible for virtually all of our national debt. Check the facts! zfacts.com

  • They don't need a check for a couple hundred bucks, they need a job. (those wll return in 2012 after the great "RIP DNC") There needs to be reasons why people believe the future looks better financially, and indeed in every other way too. A stimulus program doesn't cut it, not by itself.

You need a change of policy that is significant enough and logical enough to convince the public that we're on the right track.
