It takes long cause its auto-focusing. You can switch the mode to "continuous" under Camera>Mode>Continuous. This lats you take fast photos ;P

here is the truth g1 sucks.I had the g1 and it had slow internet the camera didn't thru pictures with quality.The behold is the best phone ever its super easy to work with and its a phone that loads really fast.Now i have the behold and i dont ever regret it.Cuz is the best phone ever.If your a person there wondering if you should get the g1 or behold?THE ANSWER WILL BE (BEHOLD)!! Jenni, lol. I had the g1 for a few hours and KNEW it wasn't the phone for me. The g1's great if all you want is internet. But the Behold's great for internet (esp. if you download Opera Mini!) and it has many other useful and fun features. It's like, do you want a partner with looks (g1), or one with even hotter looks and brains (Behold)?

i fucking love my behold. Im so glad i switched to TMobile. My 3g iPhone was a piece of pure shit. And apple is an asshole. Samsung has been nothing but helpful and T-Mobile works everywhere!
