When the wind blows, we are horrified from the counts of counter of radioactive.

It's high in strong wind from Fukushima still this June of 2011.

When it rains, it's low down, because washed away to the river or the sea. ( in Tokyo, 200km from Fukushima)

    mothers' talk never end.

    wonderful music

    best wishes

    claudine Movsessian

  • Yes you are correct.... how good or bad were those times?

  • Isn't this song about the United States of America trying to install to a missile system in Great Britain? There were a lot a protests about it because it would have made them a target for the Soviets. Different times, Margret Thatcher, etc.

  • epic song

  • Great Tears for Fears- My features form with a change in the weather- we can work it out

  • when you think about the lyrics they are very cleverly put, yeah they were an eighties band, but the song writing somewhat a little obscure,(well to my brain at the time they were) how many people actually really thought about the lyrics to the music back then? i know i did not, i was only in my early teens but now i realise why the songs actually mean so much to me.

  • you want to have heard this on a huge eighties state of the art hifi, it could blow your windows out, amazing!!! im realy beginging to enjoy being young and hip back then, great times!!

  • Love this song. Tears For Fears are awesome.

  • I wonder if Roland ever scared his kids into not making faces by saying "Your face will stay like that?"?

  • Random? Haha

  • Don't be so mean.

  • I wasn't trying to be mean, sorry if it was taken that way. I was just wondering why you thought to ask that. I love Roland though.

  • Roland said that this song is about two things one of which was an old wives tale that mothers tell their children when they make a face. They tell them: "your face will stay like that when the weather changes."

  • Okay, thanks!

  • may "tears for fears" live on to sing their music to the world!

  • A great song by a classic band!!!

  • my favorite music. my kind of sound.

  • rolands skin looks so smooth like satin silk

  • TOO FUNKY!!!

  • Great! Loved/love to dance to this song!!

  • I like the drum solo at the end! Awesome video! Their the kings of music!(My opinion.)

  • I know anyone who comes here is a good person. Love and freedom to you.

  • @angelbe88 Same to you! God Bless you and tears!

  • @angelbe88 Or old enough to remember it! even better, sings along knowing the words AND( with a wee drink for courage) dance! x

  • I love this song so much! It has an ace story to it I think, and the drum solo bit at the end is a classic! Definitely one of Tears For Fears' best! Well, basically all of them are their best!!!

  • good drum track.

  • this is one of my favs. by them.

  • mine too....

  • again thank you so much for posting this. this is so perfection. it's got a groove. the other day i heard that the lyrics(written by roland) was influenced by some old wives tale like "when children pull a face, mothers say 'you'll stay like it when the wind changes'". roland is so deep. btw, are you going to upload u.s. remix(bob clear mountain)? i can't wait! once again thank u;

  • They are so hot when they were young, but now since they broke up it sucks for all who love 80's music!!!1

  • Brilliant song! At first I hated it, but I always want to listen to it now! The song sounds so busy, but like Roland said, it has some great bits in it! Tears For Fears forever!

  • This song just has so many things going on at the same time, unlike most songs which only have about 1 or 2 things going on. Brilliant!

  • thank you for uploading this new wave tune;) i love it because the lyrics is to the point and most of all, the song's groove leaves a pure crystal-like soundscape in our minds.(i'm so lame at describing sound with words;) i just wanted to say this is 5 out of 5 stars. thank you;)

  • Love this song! Makes me want to dance- LOL!

    Thanks for posting!

Although I think it's "Mothers Talk" without the apostrophe, because mothers is plural.
