theoretical solution:

1) fire Hamas from power, instore the PA back in.

2) Make Israel open it's borders, at least for free trade to enter the strip

3) Make Palestinians recognise Israel

4) Make Israel freeze settlement expansion, and dismantle what it can.

5) Find a solution for Jerusalem. But it must not stall the making of a palestinian state if no solution is found.

6) stop palestinian terror on israelis and stop Israeli occupation on Palestinians.

7) make both sides respect human rights.

Israel made peace with Egypt and Jordan. I don't see any reason why it can't do the same with Jordan, Syria and the Palestinians.

I read the comments here, there is so much hate and anger in these comments. Do we really believe that torturing a person who has nothing to do with a particular event will have a positive outcome in anyone's eyes? I cannot agree with this.
