I fully admit, thanks to Netflix, my daughter has watched Blue's Clues from a very young age (somewhere around 6-8 months old), and I owe much of her smarts to it. Blue's Clues taught her to count to twenty, all the color names, all the letters of the alphabet, and much more (and she's not even 3). It really does work, and Blue's is a big part of our daily routine. Years after it's stopped airing, Blue's is still teaching, and in a big way.

15 years later...and I still have a little guily pleasure for Blue's Clues. It was my favorite show when I was a kid. I remember when rumors went around the preschool that Steve left or went 'bye-bye'. Joe was okay, but couldn't stand up to Steve. Back in the day, I had several Blue's Clues tapes and toys (especially this annoying Steve doll, that talked when you pressed his hand, when I stepped on him alot in my 'messy' room). They should bring Blue back for this new generation of children.

Yes. Blues Clues was a genious idea back in the day. These people in the 1990s really knew what they were doing when they wrote and produced the show. It remains such an interactive, educational classic that could never be replaced.

In his guest appearance in "the moth", I had the idea that Steve found it hard to deal with the adults. And especially when it comes to a date. People would make him sing the mail song again and again so of course it really sucks for Steve...

I remember sobbing at the age of seven when Steve looked right at me with that sweet, friendly smile of his and said, "Thanks again for all your help."

That man was my Sherlock Holmes, and I loved being his silly little Watson whilst we spotted clues and solved the "big" mystery near the end of the show.

I truly felt as though I was part of the series, and my mind certainly expanded because of its innovation towards education for kids.
