Blue Cheer were the Metallica of their day. Incidentally also from the bay area...

This is my favorite song on the album- It is one of slayers 20 best songs. The album is just "not bad"- But when I listen to KREATOR s Hordes of Chaos - lets say: Warcurse , I am disappointed bout slayer. KREATO had always 10 Times more ideas and more intelligent songs than Slayer but SLAYER has always been better because of 5 unbeatable songs. Now after "Reconquering the Throne" "Enemy of God" and "Hordes of Chaos" Kreator rule. I never thought Kreator are better but they are.
