@savagenomore also, i believe the models that lowes, canadian tire, etc sell are cheaper knock offs, with that cheap poulan engine with husqvarna plastics. I bought mine from a husqvarna dealer, as i would recommend you to do.
@cadets318 trust me, they are the same saws, husqvarna and poulan are in together under one roof so to speak and any husqvarna with a plastic top handle are cheap home owner saws doesn't matter where you get them, dealer or box store, they are the same so don't let the dealer fool ya, if it's a husqvarna and has a plastic oil tank it's a home owner saw, their pro saws have case magnesium engine cases which also are part of the oil tank..
the 235 is better than this one, I think. it comes with the .325 chain. the e series has the new "easy" bar tensioner. i like the bolt better. the .325 chain is more of a chain.

My Husqvarna 2008 /2009 catalogue lists them both with 3/8 LP chain pitch. Perhaps here in New Zealand there is a different spec.?
