  • That workout sounds super! Defs using that upper workout. One question, how long rest between sets?

  • @UltimateWarrior45 depends on your fitness level, but 45-60 seconds should be enough. The complete 8 week program is available on my website. There's a link in the description, check it out if you're interested.

  • @SolinoidOfficial Thanks for the question. You could do this workout 1 - 2 times a week alternated with a lower body workout. This routine is one of the workouts in my free 8 week program that I give away on my fitness website (see link in the description), for a more detailed schedule and more killer workout make sure you check it out.   • Do you go through all the exercises one time and then repeat addition two times or do each individual work out three times before moving onto the next one?

  • @dxmxl313 I would do 3 sets of each super set before moving to the next one. Depending on where you workout, it would be pretty tough to tie up all of those stations. Give both a try and let me know which one you liked best. Thanks for watching and visiting my site!
