I love this cooking video! I know where you got the music from, from Capcom vs SNK 2 for the Playstation 2. hahaha. You know your stuff man! Didn't know Capcom vs SNK 2 fighting music can pair well with making a cooking show. Sweet!!!
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
this looks great! I was just wondering, what is your specific hispanic ethnicity? I'm puerto rican and whenever my family makes spanish rice, they usually infuse olive oil with annatto seeds for the color and cook it with a sofrito. so I was wondering if different hispanic cultures make the same things differently?
I'm pretty sure they make it differently. I'm Hmong, and we make our fried rice and egg rolls very differently compared to the Chinese. In our egg rolls, instead of just using meat and vegetables for the filling, we also add silver bean thread noodles. And with our fried rice, we put srirachi hot sauce, fish sauce, and sometimes chopped lemon grass to give it more of a pungeant flagrant flavor. Chinese fried rice just has soy sauce, and the usual fixing. So I'm pretty sure different latin
