yea because my magikarp is beast. and it had a speed boost from the salac berry i passed to it and the highest flail power since it had 1 HP plus max atck from the belly drum i passed.
no shedninja can only have one hp because he has the abilty wondor guard the effect is no moves well do damage except super effective moves if shedninja had more then that then it would be hacked :)
