this was incredible... ranciere's analysis sounds correct. our age is characterized by the take over of left wing speech by the right, the language has been appropriated and fed back into circulation as the 'inevitability' discourse (like classic Marxist discourse), so that the information revolution, free-market economic reforms begin to sound 'progressive', and whereby criticism is dismissed as regressive, crackpot, and incredibly 'selfish'....as Orwell rolls once more in his grave..
