I noticed once when playing episode 1, if I moved a certain way (I don't know exactly what I did), the vortigaunt who carries alyx will face the wrong way when he "summons his kin". I guess sometimes if you move a certain way it'll cause characters to face the wrong way when they're doing something. I think Alyx was supposed to be shooting and kicking the zombie but was facing the wrong direction for some reason.
