  • @PlatinumRacing stop playa hatin

  • Did the throttle body spacer make a diff??

  • nice car, haha wonder what year it is

  • get a resonator and it wont sound like shit when you rev it up lol trust me i have the same car!!!!!!!!!1

  • @bricefstr1 Where did you put it? I need to know! im getting new pipes soon and i would like to shut the rasp up.. HELP!

  • I'm a hardcore mustang guy. but for a V6 camaro, this isn't bad. ive heard a lot worse.

  • tail lights look ricey

  • FM 80's on a 6? those are for big blocks bud.. tame them down. taming down a 6 is... well, dumb. And besides flows have the worst performance increases. If you want sound AND performance get borla. Idgaf if your on a budget its worth it.

  • Just don't get it...Flowmaster 80s sound good on camaro with a 3.8, but flowmasters on a FWB 3.8 sound like shit...

  • DFTT

  • quit trolling

  • the hole in the ozone just opened 10ft

  • don't care for the taillights, but sounds decent for a v6!

  • *how much did you pay for your tail light

  • Bro how much did you pay for yours? I'm getting a new exhaust for mine I got flow masters on mine how much where y

  • How big are those tailpipes?

  • sounds sweet man and i love your car XD

  • dude i just got a 94 v6 3.4 and its awsome so fuck ya if you hate

  • @SS4lfe lol i have the same damn thing you better get ready to put money in it because they love to break the fuck down!! mostly they wont start!

  • Comment removed

  • Nice car, sounds great. doesnt matter if its a V8 OR V6. Still a nice Camaro. Dont worry about others.

  • that car sounds soo hawt <3

  • should of gone with the magnaflows, flowmasters dont sound soo good on v6s

  • Ever ran this thing down a track?

  • i have a 2002 v6 with the K&N FIPK, stock exhaust. Your car sounds superb. Is it the standard Flowmaster cat-back system? I'm really considering buying it from Summit after hearing yours.

  • nice looking and sounding car. i just bought a 95 v6 camaro, only has 50k miles on it, i got it for 1 grand, but i had to but 1 grand into it to get it back up into good running shape. if you ask me 2 grand for my car was a hell of a deal. all that is left to do is get a new exhaust on it.

  • dude take all that weird custom shit off the back lol otherwise, nice sounding car

  • sounds pretty good for a V6 man. you should get it supercharged or twin turbo'd

  • @ACFP IF only there was a supercharger avilalbale rear mounted turbo chargers might be possible but i wouldnt count on it

  • what size v6?

  • @sk8a4life011 3.8L (the older 4th generations used 3.4L v6's that made 160 horsepower, the newer 4th generations used 3.8L v6's that made 200 horsepower.)

  • best sounding v6 i have heard

  • I really like that you have a bowtie and year under the right tail light. Where'd you get that?

  • it's a camaro so that means it's got potential. Just put the factory tail lights back on and get rid of the "2002" sticker... seems kinda ricer-ish. But that's still a decent car. Throw a turbo on it!

  • @popcorn8199...So go fuck yourself if you dont like how it sounds, Im sure you have somthing better.

  • sounds good

  • @yamarocket05 ...wtf were you listning 2? that sounds like dog balls might as well took the mufflers off and ran nothing but pipes

  • My v6 camaro sounds way better and it's stock. Also it runs 13s on the track. Might I mention it's a stock v6...again.

  • @benjoestell no it doesnt... stock lsi's run 12's.....if it runs 13, its not stock.

  • I think he was talking about in the 1/8th : D

  • Wow, a riced out V6 Camaro. I'm not hatin' on the 3.8L motor, it's a great long lasting truly durable motor, but it sure as shit isn't a race car by any means. If anything I'm hatin' on the big chrome wheels, tail light lenses, and tacky fuckin' 2002 stickers. It looks like that Camaro fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

  • @PlatinumRacing You do know that he bought all those things because he likes it right? Just because you don't like the tail lights, decals, and rims doesn't make it wrong. Not everything is a competition man. Just because someone goes out and buys a sports car, doesn't mean they bought that car specially for performance. I'm sure this guy bought this car because Camaro's are nice looking sports car and he wanted to give it a unique look and beef up the sound. It's not rice.

  • @Mr2002MustangGT I wouldn't call a V6 Camaro a Sports Car. Don't get me wrong, the 3.8 motor was a great engine. It was a milestone for GM and it made decent torque, but it didn't really break any new ground. I've worked on many 3.8L GM motors in many cars. They are a pain in the ass to work on but they lasted forever (Assuming the upper manifold stayed in one piece). Its rice because it's totally stock under the hood with a bunch of appearance mods. Its like a Civic with underglow in my book.

  • @PlatinumRacing First off, the guy has a K&N CAI. Secondly, is he suppose to sink his entire paycheck into his engine? The way you're talking is if any car is bone stock that automatically make's it rice...wrong. A rice is a POS car with a body kit, loud fart cannon exhaust, and decals. This car is technically called a sports car. This guy has a nice Camaro that's not a rice.

  • @Mr2002MustangGT You just defined this car as rice all by yourself. Exhaust, decals, bodykit (in the form of ugly lights). This car is an Autozone special, and it's stock under the hood. A CAI doesn't count as a mod, since anyone with a pulse and simple tools can install one. I don't expect him to sink his paycheck into his car. I'm just saying this is false advertising. A modified Camaro with a base model engine under the hood made to look "fast". Its all just opinions dude. The car is tacky.

  • @PlatinumRacing hahaha rice... Look again buds, just because someone does appearance mods doesnt make it rice...

  • i love the idle Purr.

  • gay. and the biggest you should go is 18s not fucking 20's

  • yeah my v6 sounds better

  • a tubro ls1 dumps on turbo imports

  • wat size r those rims.

  • nice camaro but change the tail lights

    check out my camaro

  • Fuck that slow piece of shit.

  • Haha, and you drive what ?

  • something better than this shit

  • love to see u prove it

  • hahaha, a piece of shit, 3.5 Nissan. Last time I checked, 3.5 is less than 3.8

  • well last i checked the 3.5 is faster than any 3.8 camaro... it doesn't matter if the 3.5 is in an altima, maxima, or 350z. Its faster. And if you want a 3.8 nissan than thats the GTR with near 500hp

  • haha, an Altima faster than a Camaro. You are funny. 350Z is slightly quicker than the V6 Camaro, but then you have the SS which is about 10 grand cheaper and insanely faster.

To end this waste of time, point is that a 4000-5000$ car such as a 99-2000 V6 Camaro, is insane value for money and will roast most Nissans which costs around 3-4 times more.

You like Nissans and that's fine, but don't insult a car with more pedigree and performance just because you are ignorant.

  • oh wait.... that 3.8 only has 200hp... my bad.... you need to do more research before you run that mouth. Just bc an engine is bigger doesn't mean that it is more powerful.

  • 200 or not, except 4 the Z, I never lost to a Nissan

HP is not the only thing that matters.. thought u'd know that

  • there is no way a stock 02 v6 camaro could beat a stock 350z. The Z has more hp, it is lighter, has fatter tires, and better breaks. You are full of shit. You never beat any 350z in any category. Just stop making shit up.

    According to motor trend

    350z 0-60 5.3 secs and 1/4 mile in 13.77

    2002 v6 camaro 0-60 7.4 secs and 15.7 1/4 mile.

    2010 v6 camaro 0-60 5.9 secs 1/4 mile 14.5.

    That is from motor trend.

350z is better than any stock v6 camaro.

  • Wow, dude, you really need to read better. I clearly said that the 350Z IS faster than the stock V6 Camaro. But any of the V8 models would piss on it, and they are significantly cheaper.

350Z and GT-R are (in my opinion) Nissan's best cars. I have nothing but respect for both models. Although the new 350Z looks like shit. Old one is gorgeous.

However, for each of those, there is a cheaper and faster Chevy.

    Peace out

  • well actually if you'd bother to look it up then you'd see that 98 and older v8 camaros are no faster or slower than the slower 03-04 350z's and slower than 07 and newer 350'z and way slower than a 370z. No v8 camaro aside from the 08 and 2010 model SS are faster than a 07 350z or 370z.

  • That is kind of ignorant because bigger isn't always better, The new 3.7 v6 from Nissan in the 370z puts out 332hp which is more than a stock LS1 soooo... yeah they make awesome V6 engines. I have a 3.8 'Bird and would love to drop one in there. When it comes to the V6 leave to Nissan that's their specialty.

  • you do realise that the ls1 is over 10 years old... i'll bet a new v6 camaro could easily keep up if not beat the 370z. and it doesnt even stand a chance against the ls2/3/7/9/X

and your 370z could never sound as good as any v8

  • The new v6 Camaro would not keep up with the 370z for the following reasons, (simply) 1. It's heavier 2. It doesn't have the same power 3. Do math son.

The GT-R, being the performance model, or a Nismo could very well keep up with other LS series cars. I appreciate what both markets have to offer but America cannot compete in the V6 market right now. I love my 3.8 Firebird and all but it isn't a true performance car.

  • however you are right about the ls1's age but its been updated numerous times and that is an opinion on the import v6 sounds worse than v8 because to me i love both i mean v8 agressive mean lopey whilst the imported v6 in clean high revving and truley well built

  • ill prove it, i own a 300zx by nissan and a v6 firebird..my z blows the doors off the bird and its not even turboed yet. 350z puts my old 88 z to shame. nissan v6 > domestic v6

  • I second this... I own a V6 Firebird and I love the car but it is just not a match for import V6 models. Especially the new 370z, it is truly a top notch sports car.

  • Well duh.

Thats like me saying an LS1 shits on non turbed Imports.

  • it should, since your firebird is the 3.4. but yeah, nissan's v6's are pretty beast, they're built very well.

  • then again... american cars never invested as much time in v6 development because when they needed to make that power, it was easier and more affordable to just use v8s. they've done much better in recent years the high feature line is fan-fckin-tastic and the llt in the maro is sick.

  • damn....I wish i could get my impala to sound like that..... very nice.

  • Sick car man. These chumps are just jealous cause they own ricer's and have small dicks. Nice car, nice sound, nice tail lights. You guys are fools.

  • When you take ground clearance and gains into consideration, its really not worth true duals. No doubt it sounds better though with duals. And the 3.8 is even-fire so it doesn't even need a crossover

  • How come no one takes the time to fabricate true duals on these guys, Single will hardly ever sound decent.

  • like the car hate the tailights!!!

  • flowmaster mufflers are junk, buy a dynomax to get some real exhaust flow

  • too raspy high pitched

  • Not bad. Now throw in a cam and some longtubes and you'll be set!

  • Wow you are a close minded fuck up. A muscle car is a muscle car whether it be a camaro, mustang, challenger, etc. I dont take sides on them bc they're all awesome and have pros and cons to them all. Power=Money so in essance the person with the a shit load of money in their car should have a shit load of power under the hood so im sorry some of us have other responsibilities like pay bills than to invest in our cars just so we can talk shit about everyone else's car via youtube

  • @SwitchBlade008 I wish there was an option for a bigger thumb up.

  • who said anything about racing..u pry dont even know that guy..so stfu!!

  • why the fuck its a v-8 so important ....mabey some people just want a v-6..so stop hatin on other people who have 6's

  • no shit!

  • @TheFirebird97 maybe the want better ga milage too

  • @TheFirebird97 honestly a v6 can beat a v8 going redlight to redlight depending on the driver i got a 2jz n a 97 v6 camaro with bolt ons that can beat most v8s willing to race mainly being the v6 can reach top end quicker n ide out the gears from 1-4 a whole lot longer all depends on the driver if ur in automatic forget bout beating a v8 though haha

  • @TheFirebird97 v6=better mpg. ;) love my v6, plus we should be hatin on ricers not on our own Camaros!

  • haha dont throw a rod ya beast hahahaha.

  • Sounds like the hondas with the fart cans, racing around the streets. lol

Enough with this v6 pussy shit, invest in a v8

  • 4cyl v6 v8s don't matter dude...always talkin bout engine size

  • Um thats pretty much what separates a muscle car car from your peice of shit v6. so stop talking buddy do yourself a favour eh

  • FUCK YOU! BUDDY

  • Hahaha no need to be fuckin upset, just cuz you know everyone else thinks the same as me. bud

  • Bullshit V6. Get a V8 and quit trying to show off this flashy loud sounding gutless wannabe "muscle car"

  • Are those 3 inch exhaust pipes? That's too big for a V6, prolly lost some torque there.

  • who told u that i have 3 1/2 in tips on a v6 mustang

  • For 90% of all V6's you're supposed to go 2 1/2 inch pipes, the tips don't matter, those can be as big as you want. But if the pipe is 3 inches or more you lose torque, and at 3 1/2 you prolly lost a lot.

  • this camaro is tits. i love the sound

  • stupid tail lights.. u ruied the car.. and why the 2002 sticker?! god thts not a way to treat Camaro

  • the original lights are terrible!

  • thats ur opinion.. i see them pure sex !

  • well i am going to have to dissagree on the ricer thing. its a ricer if you add "riced" materials too it like rice lights ( gay tail lights) and stickers and anything mexicans/japanese people do to their cars to make them look gayer. check out my z i havnt posted a updated vid of it tuned but it sounds sweet untuned!

  • no offense man but if you dont have anything to put on your car don't cut out the year of your car and stick it on your car. . not cool man. . not into v6's and i dont even know why anyone would ever buy one? but . . . to each their own. . i like the gray .

  • yikes you can really hear the car saying "im missing 2 more cylinders" why would you spend all the money on a V6?

  • Because there's a certain pleasure when a well modded V6 can blow stock V8's, or even modded V8's off the road.

  • theres even more pleasure when my big modded v8 blows away mosdded v6s all daaay

  • Idk, I've seen a V6 Firebird do a 1/4 mile run in 8.5 seconds, can your V8 do that?

  • mine personally cant no.. becasue i am not rich.. but there are many.. many v8s that run under 6 sec. 1/4mile

  • a MODDED v6

  • BULL SHIT. there is no possible way that can happen. there is no v6 that can do 8.5 your just blowing smoke out of your ass.

  • Actually dude, the fastest V6 was a 2001 Camaro that did 1/4 mile in about 7.7 seconds. You spend some time researching the fastest V6's, or 3800 engines in the world, and you'll find it. Of course V8's are faster, I heard of a V8 doing 1/4 mile in 5.9 seconds.

  • maybe not, but there is a v6 that does 8.65 1/4 mile ;)

  • Well said, run what ya brung.

  • again i have never seen or have ever heard of a modded v6 blow away a modded v8

  • a 2jzgte, rb25 and 26, buick regal gnx

  • no shit retard

  • i know everyone will disagree with this, but actually sounded amazing for a v6, just quiet. its not too rice

  • are u guys forgetting the definition of ricer? in order to be a ricer you have to own a ricer. since when is a CAMARO a ricer? to me it sounds awesome because theres nothing you can realy do to get that rasp out so hes working with what hes got. and for the emblem, who cares! hes just representing the last year for the 4th gen. dont be assholes guys, because it is, in the end, a camaro!

  • Nice Ricemobile, dickhead.

  • a 2002 emblem? Alright ricer.

  • Sorry man, but that clip was boring as hell.

  • she sounds real nice

  • i love al f-bodys but not as equally as i should. the v6's are okay cars but they just sound so weak unless you cam it.

  • the v6 will sound good cammed out only at idle. when you rev it it will sound like a weak v6

  • Thats completly wrong.. Check out my Favs, theres enough variation there for the 3.4 gm 60 degree and 3.8 buick 90 degree engine, to show there potential.

  • wow, quit hating on the v6's people, sum v6's have 300hp stock, carmax that shit up

  • Yes, SOME V6's have 300 hp stock and sound ok. But not V6 camaros. They are slow and sound like complete ass... And yes, this is coming from a camaro guy.

  • Ahem... please view my pacesetter header install video... I still think my car has the v6 sound, but I'm having a LOT of people ask me if its a Z28, seriously

  • cool world of warcraft video coldblade666

  • cam, and blower and people making 320-340hp with them...its not an LS1 or and LT1, but its something different. And the insurance is less and for some people a lot less.

  • not bad, i have the same upgrades for mine, but i have a hypertech system with it, i've noticed a big differance in driving it, but you'll need a new gasket for the thermostat if you want to upgrade it to a 180 or 160

  • Actually, I upgraded to a 160° thermostat and didn't need a new gasket, it may be different for 98+ v6 camaros, but mine I just threw in, no leakage probs whatsoever =)

  • Comment removed

  • umm..... a rev clip is a video clip of someone reving their engine... if you want it to sound like this then you need to buy a flowmaster muffler. you can get them at your local parts store or go to a muffler shop but theyll charge you way more.

  • lol i almost peed myself when i saw this comment!!!!!

  • some people can't afford a v8 off the bat. I had to buy a used 97 30th rs as my first car, which has the best sound system you can get stock, not to mention the T top. So whats wrong if I want a little more hp out of it.

  • holy tailpipes...

  • buyin' a v6 camaro is like buyin' a harley sportster. yeah, its still a harley, but your no badass till you have that fat boy or road king. what ya shoulda done was saved your money and got an older camaro with a 350 and with the extra cash, then put flowmasters on. this sounds like shit. the v6 camaro is a disgrace to camaro, and flowmasters on that v6 camaro is a disgrace to modding your ride.

  • those tires were replaced the next day, they were at 2/32 when i did the burnout...

My car sounds A LOT different than this one. this sounds like an electric motor revving

  • that sounds like shit. listen to my exhaust clip if u want to hear a REAL exhaust note. kthnx

  • LOL, I don't think yours sounds much different. I saw yours already, you have an LT. Nice burn out though, you seem like a bright person.

    HOW BOUT THEM TIRES!!!!!

  • yes performance programmers sometimes make the car blow black smoke but anybody that knows anything about cars can tell the difference between a pos programmer and runnin rich

  • It is running rich. If it wasn't it wouldn't have black smoke. Never the less If he does have the programmer chip they are supposed to increase gas milage too. So if you isntall one and you see black smoke then you bought a PoS that isn't tunning correctly.

  • lmao..typical. yuh go out n buy a nice exhaust...yet u neglect the fact your car is running rich. hence the black smoke...Nice ima have a beautiful car that is broke!

  • it might not be running rich, have you ever heard of a performance programmer buddy? Ya they have that effect too. Nevertheless, it is still a v6 the exhaust was a waste!!

  • riced

  • what r u talking about? Riced do u know what that means?

  • yea...do u?

  • I don't think you do. A riced car refers to imports, 4 bangers. More specifically Japanese cars.

It doesn't make sense to call a American car a ricer no matter the engine size.

  • or it could refer to the un-necessarily added aftermarket tail lights and license plate bracket....pls sit down now

  • this is rice - New Ricer Video -

Type that in, you may learn exactly what the word you using means. I already am sitting thank you.

  • actually and sadly a american car can be riced..my friend had a 3.8 mustang v6 01' edition convertible and looked really nice.. until he seen a eclispe all riced out.. he put 1 SMALL SKINNY stripe down the driver's side of the car, 1 single small piped exhaust, aftermarket tail lights and head lights, and last but definetly not the best thing to do to a mustang...he put a japanese symbol on the back window.... Rice comes in different shapes and sizes sorry to admit it :(

  • Any car can be riced.. he was claiming that this car was... I disagreed with his statement.

  • this car is not riced thats for sure... dual exhaust and motor work says it right there the only statement you can make about this car would be "wannabe v8"

  • rice

  • nice camaro ihate the tail lights tho

  • dude where did you get those tips

  • omg thats a flomaster? I got a flo and it sounds no where near what that does! I wonder what is different

  • he has the 80 series you might have the 40 maybe?

  • I checked the specs, its an 80. I thought about it tho and it may be the tips he has.

  • that is a badass car!

  • Actually believe it or not, the V6 camaro (3.8L) are fairly tunable. I have seen v6 Camaro whip mustang GT's. They may not be the full American muscle, but no one that is a Camaro fan, should ever dog them. Oh and for the price of a v6, they are a steal =P

  • I agree and I don't even like the things!

but the GM 3.8 is one of the best medium sized V6's in all America.

I had an olds with that V6 in it...the only good thing about the car was that v6.

  • not even, 4.3l v6 is way better than a 3.8 :P s10s are the shiiit!

  • lol I only had the 3.8...so I guess I'll have to take your word on it;)

  • yea... but the thing thats most important about engines is that they are made buy GM so you know their built to last
