The only thing majorly wrong is the way the record company threw Taylor under the bus, not giving him any support or promo for his record at all. But he's a quality artist for sure and his win was well deserved.

Taylor was probably not the best singer in season 5 but he is the most passionate about music and the best performer in season 5. I like his songs live than the studio version because you could sense the passion of music. I'm a huge fan of David Archuleta and Clay Aiken but I like them as a runner up because they don't have much pressure of succeeding than the other. Blake? I really don't like him.. I don't know why.
He's just passionate about it. He gets really into the song. He moves just like Charles and Cocker. That jerky kind of thing going on. But if you watch a lot of the legends, like Johnny Cash, they're all kind of jerky with their heads. I guess it adds emphasis on the note. lol.

He has so much more soul and character in his voice than a lot of the singers today. I believe that he will go far. He's very interesting to watch and listen to. That's why I like him.
Taylor has every right to sing Beatles. Hes a GREAT artist and he wants to pay tribute to one of his greatest influences. I think he did a fantastic job and he showed ALOT of emotion

Other than stage presence where both offer charisma , Taylor is so much better in every other catagory. Vocal, interpretation and delivery style.
