I'm really sorry that others are being affected by the writers strike, but I do think it is completely unfair that they aren't getting anything for the new media. I'm glad to see that you support them despite possibly loosing your job. It makes me feel a little less guilty for supporting them, though I do sincerely hope you get your job back.

Thanks! Unemployment will keep us in seeds and grapes for a few months...after that, we start eating the yard.

I've also seen that the diner I go to in the mornings only has one overnight waiter now because the crews aren't coming in before and after shoots.

I think that by showing support we do help the strike end earlier. It has to matter to the AMPTP that they are not seen as reasonable by so many people.
