My personal opinion is to lose the intro. It is annoying. Love that Louise. I know you've said before but, what kind of dog is she? Poodle? Maltese? She's so cute!

I don't make a perfect omelet everytime but I put the frying pan lid on it so it cooks without me having to flip it over until I fold it over to put it on the plate. I put a little water in it and then put the lid on. That looked really good we want to become more health conscious so that is definitely worth looking into. Your omelet didn't look bad it looked like one instead of just scrambled eggs. It tastes the same though right? lol
