abuse IS abuse! My ex husband used to say all of those words to me. He also told me :you are not that pretty and your definitely not that special:: Most of his abuse was physical, I preferred that over the verbal, and emtional, because the scars fade .. bruises heal .. noses stop bleeding. But the words reverberate in your heart and mind and soul for a lfietime. Words make you feel owerless .. make you feel worthless.
