Why are these reporters talking like they were discussing fashion? Their tone is condescending, especially that of the Iranian. And I agree that I'd much rather watch the interview in full than listen to the commentary of these women who laugh at the notion that women can be better leaders than men. CNN sucks!

this interview is ridiculous. CNN is just picking and choosing clips, and then telling us all what Ebadi said in her own words (often changing her opinions) as if we couldn't understand her. instead of such propaganda, lets just hear the WHOLE interview with Ebadi, unedited, with no interruptions

saying Iranian women get paid Half the guy is like looking at the empty half of the cup. The truth is, in Iranian culture men have been the main providers for the family so if anything happens to them an income for a whole family gets cut VS"MOST! but not all" women don't work and don't have the responsibility to pay for goods, housing expense, childrens school and so on. I'm sure this will change with time since more and more women do work now days and pickup same responsibilities as men have.

The women in Iran are more educated than man over 63% of universities students in Iran are women however there no jobs in Iran for women,
