On these parts the cycle time seems like it would be quicker to push the parts over to individual machines for the various operations being performed.

It may seem slow but keep in mind the setup time is 0.
And on radius parts it is much safer and faster.

I think that is where these machines really show their worth (curves) ...no templates to make.
And once you program the machine, the same result is achieved over and over.
For basic small parts manufacture, particularly with square pieces i think that there are quicker ways of doing things.
Have you ever done louvers with this machine ? they are ideally suited to the task and can make custom louvers economical to produce.
Yes we do louver doors including radius top louver doors.
Again the setup time is very short from one size door to another.
I would like to see a pic of the arch top louver, sounds cool.
I wouldn't even attempt a job like that the way we do things here, it would take forever.
