implants are the best alternative for recover teeths, but i thnk in this case that wasnt necesary, cause you quit every theeth, you can use those pieces for reconstruction of oclusion with crowns over natural teeth, mayber plastic surgery for estethic soft tissue, and ortodonthic treatment previosly of course.
