Unfortunately none of the units I was offered are as nice as the one in the video. I am a current tenant of Nika Corporate housing and overall it's been a very disappointing experience. Nika has a great business model, rent to military personnel for their full housing allowance and then provide them a unit with cheap used furniture and appliances that don't work ... guess this keeps their profit margins high.
