Climate change is happening, but it is hardly man made. Even with the burning of fossil fuels, our total CO2 output is less than 1% of the total. Even most politicians realize the futility of cap and tax, because it will only lower the average temperature by 0.7* F. This is because 99% of what's causing warming (and cooling in some places) is the Sun, this is why the polar ice caps on Mars have been melting. Please don't post about something you know very little about.

They're not going to take over congress, I can guarantee it, and even if they do it'll be the same old same old. The only good thing that would come of it is the possible repealing of Obamacare (and that'll probably be nullified by the states anyway). And what rich motherfucker would oppose cap and trade? Indeed. And even then any intelligent person would realize that melting ice wouldn't raise the water-level in the glass so to speak. It's already displacing the water it would take up as a liquid. Basic science/observation people, a glass of ice-water doesn't magically have higher water-line just because the ice melts.

If we're talking about ice INSIDE the water, which we're NOT. One-third of all Antarctic sea ice is likely to melt by the end of the century, seriously contributing to dangerous sea level rises.

I have seen the code where they doctored the Tree Ring data. This is the biggest hoax ever foisted upon our school children. They use scare tactics with puppets called Gloom and Doom to indoctrinate them without giving any of the mounting evidence that it is not at all man made. The same time our ice caps were retreating on Earth they were also retreating on Mars. Thats clear evidence that the warming of the 90's was because of an abnormality in the output of the Sun and not man made.
