List the names of current SC Senate & House who have refused or not returned a letter in response. List their Alma Mater too. Search Google for Booklet_2010_14thedition and see if there was any other problem with the proposed bill.
So, the bill says "SECTION 2. Article 3, Chapter 6, Title 23 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 23-6-115. Notwithstanding another provision of law, each highway patrol vehicle must be equipped with a field breathalyzer device that must be administered on a person who a highway patrolman has stopped for being suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or another substance." - Seems clear to me.

One would think that South Carolina wouldn't want anymore blood on it's hands. It seems so ancient that the troopers don't have the breathalyzer! It's crazy!!
