Also, I see your yoko geri here is not chambered correctly, it seems to start halfway from the starting position of the kicking foot. This is all basic. I know you are a shotokan instructor and all, but I don't mean to sound mean, these mistakes are so common in your form its like the kihon is at greenbelt level.
martin, you seem like a nice guy and dedicated karateka and all, but please note. Your stances are ALWAYS too high and too short. This is the common denominator in all your videos. Try to keep a downward pressure on your legs it adds power.
Also note in this kata your hips do not remain on the same plane, your head moves upward a lot. Please keep your hips on the same level
