  • you do know u can still use a mouse

  • @viper08v10 Very true.

  • Yes, I saw that. There is no standalone monitor for the general public to purchase as a single article yet. In the professional A/V industry i beleive they have a selection.

    Thanks for the good comment.

  • the touch screen monitors come with HP touchsmart PC

  • Simple and true enough. I hadn't really thought much about that. It's just the hype that the touchscreen OS bred with hardware.

People are too quick to jump on the latest gimmick.

My local Future Shop has the HP with touchscreen running Vista.

There are no standalone monitors that offer touch screen interface-not to the general public.

For professionals, I'm sure they have access to such tech.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • Well I think the touch Interface is just an added feature. I'm sure you can still use a mouse, so use the touch when you feel like it.

  • Technology its amazing at times

  • Indeed it is, sometimes it's over-whelming.

  • Thanks for the feedback. Glad you like the video- I agree with your points, i thought it would also be tiring running your fingers across a screen all day.

    It's a nice idea, but it's eye-candy as far as i'm concerned.

  • I want one of those but I also think there may be a problem with the screen 1. It only has one point to touch 2. It still is tiring dragging your fingers on the screen all day and 3. The whole touch interface may be over complected.

Good video I also want to know more about this.
