@TheTenners Mark my words, it will get worse. 1) no one likes to be ruled by the unelected officials from Brussels, 2) no one likes to pay other country's debt forever............the worse days are coming before it will get better. Forget about Greece, Spain, Italy...........watch the movement in UK, Germany, and even some Scandinavian countries.
Thank you Mr. Farage, well said. Of course they are afraid of the referendum because people would reject it! And whats more, the formation of the classic Franco-German pact that would like to dictate the rest of the EU states. What else is new?
Embrace our Common Law and break your chains, people. We will crush the EU one way or another just like we crush all tyrannies. Bring on a general strike.
No matter how powerless you feel remember that WE are the ones who make society work and we can ruin their pyramidal structure through realising that.
I always vote, but as with the British elections, knowing that only 36% of the votes gets a party in power and knowing that 3/4 of those who did vote voted against labour - plus the fact the 40% didn't vote at all - and still having ended up with them, it makes one a little sceptical of the results - n'est pas?
six unbelievable words: "are not here to record dissent".
Welcome to Soviet Europe, where only the Party line is tolerated.
This is practically guaranteed to lead to insurrection. Whether those of us who fight the EU at an intellectual level would wish it or not - and I am sure we all hope for calmness, peace and the rule of law, the blood is sure to flow in the streets. You destroy our democracy, we're not just going to sit there. None of us is.
The only criteria of a REAL PARLIAMENT that the EUs meets is that it has a buiding(s) to meet in.
A REAL PARLIAMENT is where the number of elected representatives is based on the voter size of the constituency. An MEP from tiny Malta has 6 times more representative clout than an MEP from big Germany.
A REAL PARLIAMENT is where parliamentarians from a country, nation or state meet. The EU is neither.
Greed has caused this problem but only Generosity can Solve this massive Crisis. Only, By Individual countries donating money towards a Global fund Can we get out of this Mess!!!
The only way to get out of the mess is by allowing markets to readjust (read: capitalism). The national governments, central banks and Federal Reserves of the world created this mess through expansionary monetary and fiscal policy.
I again Repeat my Valid, Claim that the E.U makes No difference towards this Crisis Its the Globe working together that makes a difference (G20& G7). Hence I therefore demand the immediate dissembling of the European Union forthwith.
This Farcical Convention is nothing but a Sick Joke Waste of Money. Its goal is intent on Casting Money for the Good of the Fraco-German Bond, Its intent is to create an Unwanted United States of Europe. I denounce this unelectable travesty of a So called European Community.
Go to Hell Brussels Go to Hell Strasburg Go to Hell Fraco-German Special Relationship. Go to Hell you Sick Waste of Money the European Parliament the European Union Time for a Change for the Globe Time for Freedom for the Globe,
Go to Hell Brussels Go to Hell Strasburg Go to Hell Fraco-German Special Relationship. Go to Hell you Sick Waste of Money the European Parliament the European Union Time for a Change for the Globe Time for Freedom for the Globe,
I Formally denounce any European who thinks he or she has the right to be anti-American for it is they that are leading the financial recovery and contributing to Europes wealth, stability and security currently and historically. Let the Bells of Freedom Ring Loud G.S.O.Q/G.B.America
The EU is a tax guzzling Marxist Soviet Empire. It is intent on destroying the independent countries within it, with or without, the peoples agreement. Where is democracy in this dictatorial hell state? Take your country back!!!
Of course UKIP won't "get in" if people don't vote for them. The only other party who would take the country out is the BNP. The June 4th election is the 1st opportunity to register an objection. If the people vote in sufficient numbers for the above parties, they may not "get in" but I think it would really make the LabLibCon give a lot more thought regarding future relations with this New Soviet Empire.
No new government has experience, experience is gained by doing it
yeah i'm Italian and thats tha same with us. Support for Europe elections party that will opposite to the Soviet EU, that are fuc... up our economy !!!
I am from Holland, and i would say YES united europe. Yes to an economic union, yes to better coexistence. But NO to a superstate, what this treaty will lead to eventually, this is only the first step.
I denounce the unelected unaccountable bullshit European Union. That makes up laws that in no way protects the average U.K workers or their families. Its controlled by France and German pact which bully's the rest into submission. Fuck you, since WW1/WW2 its the same shit different asshole. U.K is STILL a sovereign nation.
the E.U denies UK freedom of speech in Parliament:
Not to mention the financial loses it is inflincting and it was done very selectively because their strike didn't block forr instance greek ports and thus hurting greek transport companies. So in that cse if you are quoting the rulling correctly i should say that there is a great deal of logic in it.
Perhaps you want the people to directly elect the commision? I have nothing againts that but it will make the EU look like a federation even more.
I have an real example for the strikes you are talking about. For some weeks now the greek farms are on strike and blocking all roads from Bulgaria too Greece and while doing so they are indeed violating the rights of all the people and especially hundreds of truck drivers who are forced to stay and even sleep in their trucks for days.
European Charter of Fundamental Rights footnotes :
(a) Article 2(2) Deprivation of life shall not be regarded as inflicted in contravention of this Article when it results from the use of force which is no more than absolutely necessary :
(a) in defence of any person from unlawful violence;
(b) in order to effect a lawful arrest..
(c) in action lawfully taken for the purpose of quelling a riot or insurrection.
And I would be mote opened to sources that are not as blatantly anti EU then this Open Europe and you wan't to claim that they are not biased and are abjective. Don't make me laugh.
HA HA but that is the convention of the Council of Europe(an organisation different from the EU) and all countries in Europe except Belarus have been members of the organisation for many years and are sides in that convention. Its a 50 year old act which is widely recognised as the most advanced system of protecting human rights. the EU only wants to join what its members allready have joined. There is no drama here.
I would like to remind you that the EU is not in any way democratic as the only democratically elected body is it's Legoland "parliament" that has NO POWERS TO LEGISLATE ! This is a betrayal of the very concept of democracy.
I believe in a "united" Europe ,.. but not an un-democratic US of Europe that only panders to big business. An EU that spent over 2 Billion Euros of taxpayers money on it's own propaganda in 2008 according to Open Europe figures.
The fact is that the Commission is un-elected and has an un-elected "president". If Lisbon is ratified WE will have our very own un-elected El Presidentè.
As far as rights ...
Workers have the right to strike in the EU but only on paper because If a strike restricts movement of
capital, goods, persons & services ( the whole point of strike action ! ).....then it is against the law !
European Court of Justice rulings : C-438/05 & C-341/05.
Give us back "government for,of and by the people".
First in the Lisbon treaty the proposed president is acctually the President of the European Council not the President of the Comission so I you are obviously confused.
Second the comissions president is nominated by our leaders who the people of each country has voted for and then approved by the elected EU parliament and when Lisbon is in force when the EU Coucil nominates the President of the EC it will be obliget ot take into account the resulys of every EU parliamentary elections.
So, correct me if I am wrong...I think I understand it now.
The Commission is un-elected and is not part of the EU but only it's 25 members have the right to suggest laws/legislation for circa 500 million Europeans.
No-one can fire this un-elected commission or their un-elected "president" and they also get to appoint the judges on the European Court who also are not part of the EU and are paid 17,000 Euros a month (by whom ?).
Transparent & democratic ...in a politburo kinda way.
The commisions is unelected by the people however it is elected by other elected representatives ao government officials and it can be removed by them. This is not unique and only emphasizes the supranational charachter of the commision and in many democracies for instance the head of state is elected by the members of parliament. The moment we start directly electing the EC then we'll truely be the one nation and one country.
The European Court of justice is one of the main institutions of the European Union and has one judge for every member state. You don't seem informed enough you should do some more reading.
If these judges are paid 17,000 Euros a month by their EU masters how can they be unbiased ? Well they are not are they ( see ruling 274/99 ) " critisicm of the EU is akin to blasphemy" !
As you well know, the Lisbon Treaty/Constitution is against article 1 of the UN Charter ....what would be my chances of getting a fair trial at the European Court ?
I can easily make those same uneducated and stupid accusations againts every judge in every country. The European Court of Justice deals only with the EU law its job has nothing to do with trialing people that is the work of national courts. it is obvious that you don't have a very clear picture of law matters you should as i say read more for yourself instad of relying only on external sources. That is the problem with all those who vote no.
The EU has all the institutions of a real state in place eg.currency (Euro),Central Bank,Justice Ministry (Eurojust),Police (Europol),their own Court,EU Parliament and un-elected Commission.
The only thing missing are ... THE CITIZENS of this "state" !
The EU is the world's first "democratic" institution where the ONLY directly-elected body ( the EU Parliament ) has NO POWER TO LEGISLATE !
VOTE in the European elections 2009 and save freedom & democracy in Europe !
Article 33,paragraph 6 of the Lisbon Treaty allows the 25 members of the EU executive the right (with only two exceptions) to CHANGE or declare NULL & VOID ALL rules/regulations/laws present in existing treaties relating to the ECONOMY ;TAX ;CIVIL SOCIETY ;environment etc.
« Sorry,this is a dictatorial constitution » (Prof. Schachttschneider, University of Erlangen-Nürnberg).
Only the much-bullied Irish people can stop this for all of us in Europe !
The European Charter of Human Rights,Article 2,passage 2,paragraph c states that LETHAL FORCE may be used "in action lawfully taken for the purpose of quelling a riot or insurrection" !
So the un-elected Council of Europe could order police and army units (UNDER EU LAW) to use LIVE AMMUNITION on demonstrators !!
This is the Europe you are condemming us to IF you vote YES to the Lisbon Treaty in October ! PLEASE don´t.
EU oligarchs now want to let Israel become a partner. This is against the principles of EU. Israel has a legislation based on racist and discrimination principles. (for example it is a state whose legislation is based on religion, citizenship is given on religious basis and the policy towards Palestinians is simply criminal).
Svenskar, rösta på Sverigedemokraterna, det är det ända Eu-motståndarna med chans att komma in i EU-parlamentet. Det är det ända vi kan göra för att göra motstånd mot dessa imperialistiska svin!!!!
I went to reply to the one who said this video is a manipulation and clicked on the remove button instead of the reply button. Which is shitty, cos I wanted to tell him that the fabrication he mentions is in his mind. Did he mention this manipulation being at 0:16? It beats me.
What I meant by manipulation is BLUE SCREEN TECHNOLOGY...look at the outline on each individual in the video. I'm a 3-d simulation and programming student...and trust me...this is a fake. Pixalation on the outline gives it away..it's like seeing the weatherman without the digital bluescreen behind him.
In my mind? I think not...more likely in the software used to render these images.
Even UKIP members now believe their MEPS will be reduced to four or less in 2009, and if these results below are anything to go by my guess is even less.
Bede By Election (Nuneaton and Bedworth)
Labour 658
BNP 546
CON 301
LIB DIMS 119
ENG DEM 75
Save our NHS 43
UKIP 8
Farage is a liability, his insistance on splitting the anti euro vote in the uk with the BNP has played straight into the hands of the EU luvvies. Ukip will be a non entity after the 09 euro's as a result. Vote BNP.
tHIS MAN Is a joke,a clown..part of a comical political party called the UKIP..the 3 main parties in the UK Libs,Cons,Labour are all pro-EU..the UKIP aint even a blip on the radar, will never be in goverment or even a threat..
Ha a very diplomatic response. i THINK you should study the word in spelling "Propaganda" and you will find not one bit is propaganda..in any written content that i have proposed or regarded in context written 1 week ago
lol. They don't like it when we hear what they're up to... "not here to report dissent" eh?
These europhiles are 'supposed' to represent their voters but clearly some of them have a globalism game to play!
IMO its because the global currency (the petro-dollar) is about to implode (probably by design) & be replaced with The Amero. The new 'Global Currency' is what's at stake & these europhiles want as much of the 'global business' as possible trading under one big 'EURO' currency umbrella!
1. Where did the "Yes" campaign money come from in Ireland. Was it from the EU Parl? If so then isn't that a pretty serious violation of principles? What right do they have to spend someone else's money to increase power for themselves?
2. Its been said that 4 million Irish should decide the future of 500 million EUros. Isn't that better than the sum total of legislators/parliamentarians (a few x1000) forcing it on their people without referenda?
no it's not - the campaign for a referendum in every member state is still on. These people must learn that Europe does not belong to them but to the peoples of Europe.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
why is everyone overreacting? its only a treay, the world wont end. now you can easily migrate around europe in few weeks to the coast of spain, france, italy, or live in cities like prague. its also cheap. if you're not in EU, then you have to go through that one year long migration process and rules are more strict. come on, admit it that you wanna live in that cheap apartment in Nice.
EUkip see YouTube /watch?v=lpqbz6pCUjQ A measure of the standards of confidentiality we may all have in the undeniably corrupt EUkip. A private internal selection interview held by Clive Page & filmed by the foul mouthed slut Annabelle Fuller. Attempting to denigrate the interviewee the sleazy staff of EUkip put this on to YouTube WITHOUT PERMISSION. I note that the sordid Fuller has been posting from Morrocco on her squalid blog! This clearly brings their whole organisation into disrepute!
Having commented on EUkip, to be fair Farage is a good soundbite performer & general speaker sadly the only other individuals of ANY competence are Batten when interviewed to a brief, though he lacks charisma or judgement & has no leadership skills. Bloom is also good on his subjects & has inate humour but no desire to lead - the rest are a rather sad bunch. EUkip is doomed for total lack of structure, vision, leadership, strategy, tactics, training & political nouse with endless squabbling.
I think democracy is incompatible with a lot of what these EU parliamentarians believe. Time to get out. Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales... time to join NAFTA.
sorry huh? what are you speaking of dhimmi pandering eurofuck? europe is doomed. you will be flying the black flag of islam soon. stick a fork in europe. she's done.
The only way to deal with the EU is find out who everybody is in that Parliment building who voted for the Lisbon Treaty to be pushed through, you find them and kill them all every last one!
8.22 the British pro Lisbon MEP calls the UKIP protesters chicken for not taking part in the 'Democratic Debate" What an insipid fool. It is he and his ilk that are blatant cowards for denying the citizens of Europe the right to participate in a democratic referendum because they all know their fascist dreams will be rejected. The man is clearly mentally unstable.
As an Irish person I was shocked to see the way the protesters were treated in the European Parliament. The European Project should be of the people, by the people and for the people. The ordinary people must put pressure on their goverments to hold free and fair referenda regarding this Treaty / Constitution. It has been a long time since our freedoms and democracy been threatened in this way.
but we have to stem from the brave Irish decision to ask for referenda throughout Europe.
I don't know what people think in other countries.
I just can say what some people think in Italy.
we are fed up with the EU burocrats who are only interested in advancing the interests of the financial lobbies (being their butlers) and supporting the submission of Europe to US policies.
we believe that a strong Europe is in the general interest.
that is crazy. nobody in ireland even heard of that or anything that was going on in europe! our news was censored and every station was on the yes side.
Here in ireland, our politicians are saying "it's a disappointing result" and wondering what they're going to say to Europe when they go back to report the result.
We're being made to feel quite bad about how we voted, but videos and comments like this give us the other impression. It's hard to know what to think.
I can assure you that millions upon millions of Europeans see Ireland as saviours from this totalitarian treaty. EU leaders everywhere are bought by the EU power-play bandwagon. Shame on them all. And thank you Ireland - we are so grateful!
The government should serve the people, not the other way around!
Well done, Ireland!
Here in Germany the treaty was ratified in a heartbeat - no discussion, no democracy.
In fact, it would probably mean a catastrophe for the EU, if they were to hold a referendum here. Because Germany is already so torn on privatizing everything from the post office, to the railway system, to public health etc. ... And minimizing social security and wages.
Yes, the times are changing. Perhaps this was their last chance. Whatever they do now, the people will only further observe how anti-democratic they are. Soon their totalitarian project will be known to all.
Thank you Ireland. You saved what's left of Democracy in Europe.
the EU havn't signed off accounts for years because they dont add up
how brilliant is that a superstate where people don't get a real vote, eu officials are legally unaccountable.. 80 per cent of our laws are now made in Brussels, and Parliament has no power to reject or amend them.
In certain circumstances it endorses the death penalty..the eu's justice system will have overriding power when it wants..

WHY IS THE IRISH YES VOTE LEADING when millions of us do not want all OUR laws to be made by an un-elected commission of rich burocrats in Brussels.
Do not want OUR health services be privatised ?
Do not want OUR constitutions to become obsolete ?
If we are to become "EU citizens"...why haven't WE been asked ?
Why were WE not consulted over the foundation of the EU's own para-military (EGF),the EU army or the plans for an Immigration Commissioner ?

I always vote, but as with the British elections, knowing that only 36% of the votes gets a party in power and knowing that 3/4 of those who did vote voted against labour - plus the fact the 40% didn't vote at all - and still having ended up with them, it makes one a little sceptical of the results - n'est pas?

Welcome to Soviet Europe, where only the Party line is tolerated.
This is practically guaranteed to lead to insurrection. Whether those of us who fight the EU at an intellectual level would wish it or not - and I am sure we all hope for calmness, peace and the rule of law, the blood is sure to flow in the streets.
Spenner56 2 years ago
A REAL PARLIAMENT has its own citizens and doesnt borrow other peoples for its elections.
The EU could have its own citizens BUT would have to ask their approval in a referendum.
Anything else would be a breach of International law (UN Covernant on Political & Social Rights,Art.1).

Of course UKIP won't "get in" if people don't vote for them. The only other party who would take the country out is the BNP. The June 4th election is the 1st opportunity to register an objection. If the people vote in sufficient numbers for the above parties, they may not "get in" but I think it would really make the LabLibCon give a lot more thought regarding future relations with this New Soviet Empire.

vasil21 3 years ago
Not to mention the financial loses it is inflincting and it was done very selectively because their strike didn't block forr instance greek ports and thus hurting greek transport companies. So in that cse if you are quoting the rulling correctly i should say that there is a great deal of logic in it.
vasil21 3 years ago
"Financial losses" ! What audacity !
Why have the auditors not signed the last 13 EU budgets ?
Why has the UK paid over 107 Billion Pounds...just on conforming to EU regulation ?
Why does the EU waste BILLIONS of taxpayers money on propaganda AND on moving the entire "parliament" to Strasbourg once a month ?
It only makes sense if you work for the EU,..do you ?
Spenner56 3 years ago
Perhaps you want the people to directly elect the commision? I have nothing againts that but it will make the EU look like a federation even more.
I have an real example for the strikes you are talking about. For some weeks now the greek farms are on strike and blocking all roads from Bulgaria too Greece and while doing so they are indeed violating the rights of all the people and especially hundreds of truck drivers who are forced to stay and even sleep in their trucks for days.
vasil21 3 years ago
European Charter of Fundamental Rights footnotes :
(a) Article 2(2) Deprivation of life shall not be regarded as inflicted in contravention of this Article when it results from the use of force which is no more than absolutely necessary :
(a) in defence of any person from unlawful violence;
(b) in order to effect a lawful arrest..
(c) in action lawfully taken for the purpose of quelling a riot or insurrection.
Call all strikers "rioters" !
That would be a clean (fascist) solution .
Spenner56 3 years ago
Rioting is a crime according to national laws and is quite different from the right to strike so the strikers are by definition not rioters.

Thank you.

vasil21 3 years ago
HA HA but that is the convention of the Council of Europe(an organisation different from the EU) and all countries in Europe except Belarus have been members of the organisation for many years and are sides in that convention. Its a 50 year old act which is widely recognised as the most advanced system of protecting human rights. the EU only wants to join what its members allready have joined. There is no drama here.
vasil21 3 years ago
I would like to remind you that the EU is not in any way democratic as the only democratically elected body is it's Legoland "parliament" that has NO POWERS TO LEGISLATE ! This is a betrayal of the very concept of democracy.
I believe in a "united" Europe ,.. but not an un-democratic US of Europe that only panders to big business. An EU that spent over 2 Billion Euros of taxpayers money on it's own propaganda in 2008 according to Open Europe figures.
Spenner56 3 years ago

The fact is that the Commission is un-elected and has an un-elected "president". If Lisbon is ratified WE will have our very own un-elected El Presidentè.
As far as rights ...
Workers have the right to strike in the EU but only on paper because If a strike restricts movement of
capital, goods, persons & services ( the whole point of strike action ! ).....then it is against the law !
European Court of Justice rulings : C-438/05 & C-341/05.
Give us back "government for,of and by the people".
Spenner56 3 years ago
First in the Lisbon treaty the proposed president is acctually the President of the European Council not the President of the Comission so I you are obviously confused.
Second the comissions president is nominated by our leaders who the people of each country has voted for and then approved by the elected EU parliament and when Lisbon is in force when the EU Coucil nominates the President of the EC it will be obliget ot take into account the resulys of every EU parliamentary elections.
vasil21 3 years ago
So, correct me if I am wrong...I think I understand it now.
The Commission is un-elected and is not part of the EU but only it's 25 members have the right to suggest laws/legislation for circa 500 million Europeans.
No-one can fire this un-elected commission or their un-elected "president" and they also get to appoint the judges on the European Court who also are not part of the EU and are paid 17,000 Euros a month (by whom ?).
Transparent & democratic ...in a politburo kinda way.
Thanks.
Spenner56 3 years ago
The commisions is unelected by the people however it is elected by other elected representatives ao government officials and it can be removed by them. This is not unique and only emphasizes the supranational charachter of the commision and in many democracies for instance the head of state is elected by the members of parliament. The moment we start directly electing the EC then we'll truely be the one nation and one country.
vasil21 3 years ago
The European Court of justice is one of the main institutions of the European Union and has one judge for every member state. You don't seem informed enough you should do some more reading.
vasil21 3 years ago
If these judges are paid 17,000 Euros a month by their EU masters how can they be unbiased ? Well they are not are they ( see ruling 274/99 ) " critisicm of the EU is akin to blasphemy" !
As you well know, the Lisbon Treaty/Constitution is against article 1 of the UN Charter ....what would be my chances of getting a fair trial at the European Court ?
You know the answer my friend.
Spenner56 3 years ago
I can easily make those same uneducated and stupid accusations againts every judge in every country. The European Court of Justice deals only with the EU law its job has nothing to do with trialing people that is the work of national courts. it is obvious that you don't have a very clear picture of law matters you should as i say read more for yourself instad of relying only on external sources. That is the problem with all those who vote no.
vasil21 3 years ago
STAY FREE !

There are two things here that bother me.
