can anyone tell me the ages of the Avatar characters?

i know aang 112 and ive always guesses sokka and katara to be about the same, Zuko slightly older, Azula and Mai a little older than that and Toph and Ty lee to be the youngest (around 10) but i dont actually know, also how many years pass from finding aang in the iceburg to deafeting the firelord?

toph is 12, katara is 14, sokka is15, zuko is 16, and the Avatar wiki says mai is 15 while both ty lee and azula are 14. only a year passes I think from finding aang to defeating the firelord....its pretty short amount of time, but maybe 2

This is one of the best videos I've seen to express the show. Your video captures the saddest but usually most overlooked part of the series. These are all kids that have had to grow up too quickly because of the state of the world. I think your video expresses it very beautifully.

That was so sweet! I love when video narratives are split amoung character's different story arcs. Part 1: Zuko--I almost cried when Ursa gave him that hug!, Part 2: Katara, Sokka and Hakoda--very, very sweet. I love their relationship, all three of 'em are always there for one another! Part 3: Toph--flowed very well, with her leaving her parents, and part 4 combined all of them together. Great job!

what supprises me is that through out the anime there are alot of flashbacks. but most of the flashbacks are of when everyone was a little kid. but supprisingly they only have flashbacks of a little before aang left?

i've always wondered what happend to aang's parents. And the great unanswered question from the finale (besides where's Ursa) is did Toph make up with her family? I think she probably would of went home to see her family, maybe make up, then leave to establish her status as the worlds greatest earthbender

well i think Katara and Zuko would have made a better couple but im glad Aang got Katara in the end because Aang is the Avatar and because of the War he has lost his People all his friends he had all over the world his Past His Time and he deserves something out of everthing he has been force to do but then again he could have hook up with Toph or Meng or evan Onji for that Matter.

And if toph wasnt accepted she would probaly leave and come back and continue that until they accepted her

well she and the Duke might hook up or if Zutara did happen Aang could have gone back to Meng Village to hook up with meng and he takes Toph with him and hooks her up with one of those Twin Boys from Meng Village like one was a Eartbender and the other wasn't remember.

I disagree. Aang and Katara always had the chemistry between the two of them. Whereas with Katara and Zuko I always thought they would be friends.

true (doesn't mean i have to like it XD) maybe i dont like kataang because its to cliche or the writers didn't do their best at showing katara's interest as much as they showed aang's (probably the latter) but i admit there were moments where katara showed interest.
