hi shima. still and always will be watching your videos. i was wondering if it was ok to go swimming while trying to reach fairy tale length hair. thanks so much
Notice that Shima is sleeping on a silk/satin pillowcase . That is healthy for the hair. If you don't want to sleep on a silk scarf ...Sleep on a satin pillowcase. A small detail but make a HUGE difference in your hair
Nice. But I cannot do it, my hair is terribly curly and bit short and if I do that, I will look like an explotion just happened in my head, he,he. But as soon it grows more I will do that. Tks for sharing Shima
i do this too. lol i thought i was the only one. i just didnt like that the blowdryers have a cool setting that still has hot air. so i started using fans.
OMG Shima, you are too funny!!!!!Thank you for everything, even down to the smallest detail. Believe it or not there is a sister out there who probably really needed to see this......thanks again.......
Yeah, you do have to get in the habit before going to bed with something on your head to protect your hair. I can't go to sleep without my silk bonnet. That's how I programmed my mind. You said that you relax your hair every 2 to 3 months. Some people have to relax sooner than that. We all have different textures of hair. Some people can tolerate their hair not being relaxed for awhile when some can't. I want to start relaxing my own hair and such. I'm tired of spending money at the beautician.
hi shima. is your oil organic? thanks.

Do you use relaxers? What do you use to get your hair so long? Someone told me that you don't use relaxers.
