I could be wrong. But I have a single GTX580 card and when I move the screen with the mouse I get the same type of stuttering. But when I strafe to left and right with the A & D buttons this does not occur. So is it really microstuttering what this video displays?
@berrydex I had that problem with BF3 when I had my gtx260. I had to overclock it to even play, but then it would still do this similar stuttering. I now have a 5830 and the problem is still there, but barely. I think it is just BF3 to be honest... I do love the game though, almost as good as BF2 :D
i noticed you get screen tearing with vsync off. try going into catalyst and enable triple buffering in the 3d game section and then type in the 3 commands "renderdevice.forcerenderaheadlimit 1" "renderdevice.vsyncenable 1" and "renderdevice.triplebufferingenable 1" that's what solved my issue.
Been playing video games for so long I would barely notice something like this...

I think it's a problem of noet having enough vram. I went from a gtx280 1GB to a 6950 2GB and micro stuttering completely dissapeared

RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 1 in console/config file fixes this.

@berrydex My exact problem (with 2x 6850s), doesn't happen in any other game which leads me to think that it's a problem with BF3
