one thing i never noticed before is that just before he goes round the dorner at the end, someone comes out and follows him.... if the whole video is a metaphor, what does that guy represent??
I am not sure if that was accidental, but my interpretation is that he is someone who intersects Gravel's path in the journey of life. Inspired by Gravel's actions, he continues along the path for his own journey as Gravel walks off into the distance. By this interpretation, the relative distance from the camera marks the passage of time.
i think that sounds good, because it's at the end of the journey. and that guy is probably younger and will walk the same path, a little further than mike, before the next people take over! :)
i like it, mike gravel is awesome, i think he is a real patriot.
