I love this. They look like American E units, complete with an RS3L airhorn. The front GM's loco resembles the Genessee and Wyoming in the US.

All of these locomotives (as well as another 9 other GMs) are owned by Genessee and Wyoming Australia.

Excellent close-up of lead locomotive. It looked like someone was just outside the cab on a scaffold.
