I used Photoshop to cut up the pictures and then Flash to make the animation. YouTube requires that you submit .avi or .mov type file so I had to change it to an .avi. I don't know why they require you to do that though, because all of the videos displayed here have been converted to Flash files anyway!
I don't know what happens behind the scenes at YouTube, but coming from a photorgaphy/video production background, most people prefer to use either .mov or AVI (AVI is odd since it could be any of a few hundred codecs so it isn't garanteed to work everywhere). I personally prefer WMV, .mov can be buggy and is slow over the internet. I think the conversion to flash using official software works best with .mov and .avi though. And I think there could be some licencing issues with Microsoft too.

Its no contradiction. Yes the u.s armed Saddam in the 80's. The U.S. knew exactly what Iraq had. Thats why THE U.S. also knew that IRAQ HAD DISARMED WAY BEFORE THE INVASION. ASk yourself this question: If IRAQ really had WMD do you think we would of invaded? WE invaded because we KNEW they DIDNT HAVE WMD! Look, Osama was behind 9/11. Him and Saddam had been staring down each others gun barrels for years, so Saddam (by bush's own acknoledgement) had nada to do w/ 9/11. We are in Iraq for a bunch of reasons. One of them is oil, yes, it is, and you have to accept that, it's a fact. Another is to prove how tough America is, to show the world how manly we are. Another, I think (this is just my opinion) is that Bush wanted to outdo Bush Sr., who wrote a whole book on why not to invade Iraq.

I used Photoshop to cut up the pictures and then Flash to make the animation. YouTube requires that you submit .avi or .mov type file so I had to change it to an .avi. I don't know why they require you to do that though, because all of the videos displayed here have been converted to Flash files anyway!

I don't know what happens behind the scenes at YouTube, but coming from a photorgaphy/video production background, most people prefer to use either .mov or AVI (AVI is odd since it could be any of a few hundred codecs so it isn't garanteed to work everywhere). I personally prefer WMV, .mov can be buggy and is slow over the internet. I think the conversion to flash using official software works best with .mov and .avi though. And I think there could be some licencing issues with Microsoft too.
