In an interview with Alex Webster, it apparently took Ron 4 years to write the music to sync up with these movies. Mind. Blown. Who can put forward that kind of effort, not to mention have that talent and creativity?

Actually, it took about 2 years to put all of the EP material together, that includes the movie syncing, writing, and recording. After Machinations was released in Sept '07, I then spent close to 2 years working with WatchTower, only to have it fall apart again.

AAL and BS are totally different bands with different approaches, why comparing them?

AAL is more about cosmos, purity, spirituality, especially on the first album.

and BS is way more weird, sick and evil band.

for me, they're just from different sides: good and evil, heaven and hell.

Anyway, yes normally B movies are cool, but this one doesn't have enough gore to compensate for the horrible acting and bad effects.. :/ The other movies they chose were cool though. (Though not B movies)
