@Metakism In Hindustani and Sufi music, there is an art or style of 'screaming' musically, Nusrat can do this with ease, but whoever tried it at 5:05 was really miserable - and if it is Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as some people have suggested here, I am terribly disappointed (though it sounds more like a woman to me. )
